Great job! It's SO weird though....... We got an extra one because we failed to warp speed at a certain time, I think. Oh...... That must have been it! Because my wife and I were literally shooting at asteroids AND we had to defend ourselves against twice as many Superior "Special Forces" T.I.E. Fighters! But still..... You managed to destroy 10 T.I.E. Fighters! THAT is an incredible feat right there! Well done! I managed to obliterate 20, but..... Like I have said on other "Millennium Falcon" ride videos...... I was smashing the button like crazy! O_O
@@4KWDW Yeah, same here! I thought I failed miserably! But....it looks like I have the highest score, so.....I guess I did pretty well with all things considered! LOL!!! Anyways, thank you SO much for the heart! I love your videos! Keep it up! ^_^
@@4KWDW You gotta check out this Homemade Star Tours attraction! It's the original version with Capt. Rex! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-bZKr9TmtnX0.html
@@4KWDW setting money aside so I can take my niece to Disney World next year, but she'll only want to see Princesses and Toy Story Land. So I'll have to save so I can go the year after. But you know what they say about good things
Me and my husband went on this back in December 2020. I was the pilot and I kept crashing into stuff. When we were walking off, a voice on the intercom said that the falcon might as well be scrapped. 😂😂😂😂
My boyfriend and I went to Galaxys Edge for the first time last summer. We are both pilots and got onto the single rider queue for this ride to kill time and had no idea what it was. We ended up riding 3 times as engineers each time because the experience was so incredible. Just watching each set of "pilots" learn to fly the Falcon was great.
I did it when I was pilot and I had the biggest smile on my face that I've ever had in my life. I was absolutely blown away by this park and everything in it
My 11 year old son and I were the pilots and my mom and 8 year old son were the shooters. It was beyond amazing and we actually did pretty well since my kids and I are all gamers. Communication between the pilots is KEY to getting an excellent experience.
Disney probably wouldn't want to cause then they couldn't shove everyone in the same movement simulating cockpit. Here's a simple solution. Shove the engineer under the cockpit, prompting the engineer to repair certain components. You have to crawl through the engineer module, though. You also have to crawl through it to get to the turret. My idea, anyway.
I know a lot of you might have not noticed, but I saw when you moved you camera a bit, it looked 3D I love how Disney can manage to make the visuals actually look like you are actually in the millennium falcon
I would think hitting the throttle and going to lightspeed would be a dream come true. Folks like me watched these movies for 40+ years wanted nothing more than to do this.
I went on this ride twice back when I went to Disney World with my family. Once I got to be a shooter and the other time a pilot. One of the best rides in Hollywood Studios!
@@dripisthename5997 it is in Florida, it obviously is only a screen with shakes and special movements that make it feel like if you were actually high up
I flew this first time at the Disneyland location, I earned 7,848 Credits for my performance as co-pilot. Looking forward to flying it again to add to that total
strangeimpulse2003 a cast member just randomly gives out cards with your position to your party. You can always switch if you want to your party or you can tell a cast member that you want to be the pilot
3:43 What I heard here: what is up? How old is thou cabbage? We all ggrrggfrfr rubbish hello people you know that hehehe chip it I have a bad feeling is this closed oh this is the group I’ve been waiting for yesss I have a emergency for you all (okay I’m done xD he said more but I give up having to edit this over and over)
Not gonna lie, even though Smuggler’s Run is a “GO-TO RIDE” for me, it’s a very challenging ride for most guests (at the least)! Overall, each role is fun in various ways, I prefer Engineer in my thoughts. Well, either way, still one of my best Disney Park rides, better than I expected! 👍😊 Also, is it just me, or do I find this ride somehow hilarious? Probably the crashes/collisions and reactions after they occur, lol! 🤣😂 No offense. What was the best thing that happened during 2019 Christmas or what did you do on 2019 Christmas Eve/Day? Anyways, looking forward to publish my final comments of 2019 before a new decade of 2020! :) ;)
Kev Shimada yes i agree with you! I love being the Pilot but i suck at it so I don’t want to ruin the experience for others😂. I went to Magic Kingdom on Christmas day! It was fun but i was exhausted after haha, I hope you have a Happy New Year!
Is it just me, or is the queue just as good, if not better, than the ride? Word of advice: If you're one of the pilots you better bring your A game. If you suck, you'll hear about it!
This ride is actually pretty terrible. It sucks unless you're chosen to be a pilot, and that means that two thirds of the people who've spent at least an hour waiting in line for this ride will come away with nothing but the memory of mashing a meaningless button while watching someone else play a video game.
For my first time I didn’t understand this ride? Like I’m new to Star Wars I was never interested in the movies or nothing I know shocker! But now that I went to Disney for the 2nd time for my birthday this year that was fun! But what was the purpose of this ride? Like do you get a score or something? I think our ride didn’t work for the rest of the way because nobody knew what to do because we just sat there like it didn’t move when it was almost over but Someone explain that though I just want to be prepared next time if I have to do something.
I would say none of those! This ride is very similar to Star Tours. The Avatar and Mission Space rides are way more intense than this one. The only similarity between this and Mission Space is the very tiny vehicle you’re in, so it could be uncomfortable if you are claustrophobic
Thank you for this video, I will never get to experience this at all in my life since I made some life choices that have prevented me from ever getting to visit the U.S.A. at all. No regrets, but it is just so amazing to see how most people get to briefly be a pilot and visit one of the most iconic ships in Hollywood...
Noah Rudd’s Channel i mean it really depends. As of late the wait time could be anywhere from 65 minutes to like 2 hours or so. Going in the morning will make the wait time the shortest
When I went the person picked as pilot was literally awful, purposely crashing into everything still standing structure, making the ride extremely jarring.
I would love to just walk around the area dressed in Star Wars gear with others the same and have random light saber fights in the middle of the crowds to entertain them
