Phirni, also called firni, is a classic, slow-cooked sweet pudding. Creamy and fragrant, phirni is traditionally made with rice, but since the rice is ground before use, it is one the best ways to switch it out for millets while making Indian sweets.
So today I am making Millet Mango Phirni with Jaggery.
Ingredients
Milk :- 1/2 ltr
Little Millet :- 1/2 cup
Mango Pulp:- 1 cup
Jaggery:- 1/4 cup
Almond, cashew, pistachio Flakes :- spoonful
Cardamom Powder :- 1 tsp
