I think her accent became Americanized from living here so long and sometimes her British accent sounds forced bc people were mad about her accent changing lol
every time I see an interview about this girl she’s talking about her love for animals and what kind of things she’s doing for them or how many animals she owns I absolutely love it ❤
It’s completely normal. She was incredibly young when she moved countries and also had to force an American accent all day every day for months/years at a time for film shoots etc which would have sped up the process even more of naturally losing her British accent
knowing how rumors are (and the fact that she still had a stroller) they probably have come up with something still baby related like: "Oh my good Millie has to wear adult diapers now do to pregnancy, poor thing has a squished bladder" 👀.....😅😂
I kind of accidentally started a lowkey rumor of me being pregnant in high school. I have some chronic health issues so before I got diagnosed, I would always wake up so nauseous and often would throw up which would make me late to school. When people asked why I was late so often, I stupidly went “I get morning sickness” 🤦🏻♀️ but in my defense, I didn’t know people associate that as a pregnancy only symptom until a medical provider made me take a pregnancy test because “those sound like pregnancy symptoms”. And then I was stupid again by almost believing it and thinking I was about to give birth to a holy baby.
My ex is American, after a while, you start to mind the people around you, and MBB been in the US for years, it’s really unsurprising 😅 reminds me of Anya Taylor Joy and Gillian Anderson
I remember vomiting in the morning at the school bathroom and I was like so in nauseous, and I talking to myself like, “Oh, oh my god. I can’t do this.” Bc no one was there so I thought it was okay. Then I came out of the bathroom and a teacher was staring at me with a shocked/sad face, with her hand her chest. I just side eyed her and walked to my class bc I was LATE. Now that I think about it, she maybe must have thought I was pregnant. But I was eleven. So honestly, I don’t know what was her problem.

Well...when she was younger in all those interviews with the other cast members she always was talking on top of them and wanted to be the center of attention, now she's much more mature and we love her 💜
I love that she has a sense of humor I think that's like the best medicine and she seems like she's doing well and I'm glad she's married or about to be married
@@_.lizziejohnson Not likely the case. She has lived in the US since she was a child. You generally pick up the accent of the people you live around, especially during the more formative years, but since she’s already had a UK accent, she developed a hybrid one. It’s also why she’ll sometimes have a stronger American accent and at other times a stronger UK one. Maybe she’ll occasionally lean into one accent purposefully, but even if that’s the case, she genuinely does have a hybrid accent at this point.
@@guntergritchin4308 that’s true, from what i’ve noticed tho it seems her accent comes back stronger once she goes home. same with me, my accent tends to waver and some days it’s strong some days it’s very neutral but it especially comes out if i go back home
@@_.lizziejohnson peoples accents adapt to what they are surrounded by. When I was younger, I used to do a video school and over time (even though I live in New Orleans) my accent started to change and sounded Canadian. It is not as usual. That’s mention she has played a lot of American parts and has has been trained for long periods of time to use a American dialect.
I REALLY Thought she will be a problem child like other child stars. Im so glad she's keeping it together. I feel so proud of her. She grew up in our eyes.

Hey so I’m one of those people who has two accents… it’s just based on who I’m talking to. I grew up away from the south but living in the south I’ve developed a bit of a southern accent. My coworkers and all our clients have accents. But if I’m talking to my family my southern accent is not as prominent. I think it’s just assimilation.

Lmaooo love her 🤣🤣 yea the accents like that happen like when people speak Spanglish. Some spanish some english mixed together like I do cause that’s how my friends talk. I used to speak spanish so proper when i learned in high school and got straight A’s. But I only speak it to my friends so it’s alll over the place lol. Since Millie is back and forth all the time, i get why the accent gets wonky. Also it’s sometimes a thing, with actors especially. I take on the accent of whoever im speaking to, and sometimes it gets stuck. So when i go to the 711 I have to try with alllllll my might not to take on my sweetheart Cashier friend’s beautiful accent. 🤦🏻♀️ Then When i get in my car i talk to myself outloud til it goes away. It’s a real thing.

She is so unhinged in real life 😂 sleeps with a goat for 8 weeks, has 20+ foster dogs, prefers unwashed carrots. She’s still an icon and a very talented actress though
