Milling a 30 Inch Log That's Too Big for My Wood-Mizer LX25 Sawmill 

I had a Western Red Alder tree die on my property due to a flood a few years ago. So I decided to saw it into boards, the only problem is that the log is 30" to 26" around and the LX25 sawmill only has a 23" opening. Here I will show how I was still able to mill it down to a 16" by 16" block.
