River looks like a sweet old man :') loving the idea that while he's not close with his own kids, he started bonding with Anna over plants and paintings and that's why she made sure the kids are super close with grandpa :')

maybe Theo’s sister, could be his twin and that would make sense why he had twins. but his relationship with his sister is rough (like you said) unlike his twins because he didn’t want his kids to have an isolating life like he did. so for her house, it could be like “the evil sister” maybe she’s in a relationship with Willow and intentionally making competition because they have a rivalry.

What i've learned: 10k tubs and 5k toilets are clutch, as are the giant TVs. I don't think I've ever built anything past 200k so this is insane to me

As you get into the crazy expensive builds, I feel like it’d be valuable (get it?) to let you know that some super old fancy homes have basement archives where the most expensive books/furniture/paintings are kept on shelves and stuff to protect them from the elements, so that’d be a great way to burn through some money!

THIS is my favorite build series you ever made. I LOVE IT and honestly I’m getting really attached to the characters and their stories! Maybe you could someday continue with it in other worlds with characters who all are somehow connected to each other (like someone who works for the greenhouse cafe or friends/ partners of the kids)

I always love the videos, especially in this series. But I think that some things that might keep u from having to worry about the $ are: 1.having a full laundry room with expensive cabinets and it's own island. 2. Large kitchens with double ovens and microwaves (maybe making a cabinet that holds the microwave above the counter) 3. Of course going in on a separate dining room with double tables and expensive cabinetry 4. Furniture in the larger bathrooms Idk... Stuff that I know u know but maybe u aren't thinking about yet??? 🤷🏾‍♀️

I wouldn't mind you breaking up the next build into two parts. You could do the exterior for one and the inside for the other. That way we can see a bit of the process and you keep your sanity! Keep on keeping on

some lil ideas for the expensive lots :) two townhouses on one lot for the kids when they grow older, a big house for elderly Anna and Theo, a shopping mall (with a bowling alley, arcades, roller rinks, cafes and stores - maybe Anna and Theo can open a branch of the greenhouse cafe in there?) and ofc annas enemies house

Dang it must be so lonely living in such a large house, imagine you work for this house, raise your son with your wife but now that it’s time to stop working and relax, you’re all alone. 😞😞😞 I hope the kids spend afternoons and weekends with grandpa

I am obsessed with this series and I truly appreciate the time you give over just to entertain us bc building a million dollar mansion isn’t the easiest thing in the world😂 even tho you make it seem that way. My great-grandfather had his music room in the basement. Reel to reels and old manuscripts. He also had an attic room we loved to play in with all the cousins. It was really cool.

Good job on the a million simoleons mansion, it's massive but looks homey! I was a little bit unsure about the placement of the basement stairs at first, but after seeing it cluttered, I could see that it's pretty cute 🙈✨ I would love to see you do bigger bathrooms -stylized them to look more stylish

Maybe the basement wasn't touched in a long time because they were too bust running the cafè and river Lost his passion for music but when Theo's mother passed, river regained his passion for music so the basement was cleaned only recently

I love the whole series. I was wondering if you considered for the multi million community lot a mall. You could add an arcade for the kids and rock climbing to use a lot of the money. Just an idea. Love your channel. ❤️

i always wish you do more spa day stuff or add the hamsters like u can do alot of different rooms like a big games room like all the kids games a basketball court even there are those garage doors that they can paint on which is cool there are so many options for spending money you always kinda use the same stuff for each house u could do dance floor room an aquarium wall or water fall wall feature

I feel like Theo's mum could be an actress (so that's why their house is so fancy) but she was actually really lovely, sweet and warm. She met her future husband River in theater (he plays on violin, she was an actress there) And their daughter always wanted to become a famous actress like her mother, but maybe she cares about fame more than doing it as a hobby so that's why she's no longer living with her family (she moved to bigger city to develop her career)

in the multi milionare neighboorhood you should name it greenroof, odd but iconic.You should also make a farm for one of the multi millionare neiboorhood because it can cost alot, it can be public or private with a small market attached, main focus on animals!

I think if you want to hang plants in a place with a glass roof you can use spandrels or fences to create beams and hang them from those. I haven't tried it but I don't see why it wouldn't work.
