If you are not moving forward, you are in your own way... A dose of Team Carmichael everyday! Let's go! I ran walk around the track at our school yesterday. I have been training on a bicycle and gym for awhile but I have been hesitant to run because a doctor told me I wouldn't be able to due to the plate he installed in my leg after a really bad break. That was a few years ago. I forgot why he told me that. I am going to keep forgetting. Let's go!!!

Thank you, Evan, for another great video. I'm grateful for my morning routine, which is carved in stone. I wake up, turn on the coffee maker, fire up my computer, and spend the first part of my day feeding my soul through bible study. Then while prepping for the gym, I switch to mindset videos like yours and then go and kick my butt in the gym. I only allow the voice of the world to enter my mind right before starting with clients at 8-9 AM. This enables me to consistently start my day on a high ready to conquer the world. #BELIEVE

Cool thing! You were talking about if someone was watching while they brushed their teeth and etc...And I'll be darned, I had my phone on my handlebars and I was riding my bike up a hill! I was so focused on the podcast that, I was sure that I was farther along on my ride than I was! When I got to the next hill, I realized I had been completely focusing on the message and i was just cruising right along like I had an electric motor!

During the day, you must have a plan; however, you must remain flexible. My action step is to better manage priorities when the "bullets" are flying during the work day. #Believe
