Key points: 1. Psychology is more important than Strategy in trading. 2. Journal writing in live market will put u ahead. 3. Focus on only 1 or 2 Strategy, dont jump on another strategy every single day. 4. We should know when to use strategy, on which timeframe, etc. 5. Begineers focus on Equity. get familiar with ur performance, get familiar with yourself first. 6. Trading is not hardwork, Trading is a Mental game. 7. Always follow Risk Management. 8. Great conversation. Watched full video and learnt many things, quite difficult to write down only 3 things. However the points that are helpful for me are: 1) How to behave or take a big loss, today I had a loss and that was not planned because I did not cut my positions at my stoploss, the loss that I incurred was double of what my stoploss was. 2) Meditation is must! I have seen changes in my life just by sitting quite for 10 minutes and being aware. 3) Your trading decisions can get affected by the situations that you face in personal life.

1) The first thing I learned in this video from Umar sir I should always be aware of risk management Not that we always have to look at the chart 2) We must do at least 15 minutes of meditation in our daily life and also go to the gym, which Anish sir always tells. 3) We are making profit or loss in trading day, 4) we do not have to keep our day with trading that today I am very sad if I have lost or if I am profit then I am very happy then all this don't have to and spend your every day well 5) We have to keep learning something on daily basis. i found every second of this talk eye opening but key learning for me are from both pros: 1) trading is simple(common sense) mental game, we make it complex by our emotional nature. 2) less is more is trading and life,simplicity beats everytime. 3) learn the core principles/process of trading than think of full time. 4) have a fixed screen on time, pros dont trade all day and everyday, if we seat all day on screen what's the difference between doing job and trading, 5) stick to your rules no matter what and trade only when market present your edge to you 6)master psychology aspect of trading first than your actual journey begins as a trader. 7) stick to simple setup/methodology be loyal to your system no matter what. 8)staying physically/spiritually/mentally fit for high performance in trading thanku anish sir n umar sir you both are inspiration for aspiring traders.🙏

Thank you for sharing such knowledgeful thought in youtube. The learnt many things from this video best of three are : 1. Building your psychology first and later working on strategy. Strategy should be not first as psychology is part of strategy. 2. When you had loss or profit be responsible. Don't blame market market is same for all. And don't repeat the same mistakes. Generalising the thought and mistakes. 3. Mental health is very much necessary to work and decide smoothly. Have self control don't include your personal problems in trading. 4. Amazing video as usual. Got a lot to learn. 3 key points I learnt 1. If you're boss of yourself, take action as you would do for someone else being the boss. Take responsibility. because if you can work for someone else, you should work for yourself in the same way. 2. Being non biased - If you made profit be non attached if you made loss be non attached. 3. Meditation - when Anish sir said "It changes your luck, connects you to a higher power. But also as Umar sir said " knowing yourself" meditation help to know yourself better. Makes your mind sharp. Awesome conversation… Things I learned: 1) Journaling : See how you processed the whole trade .. entry, exit .. how the trade went in your direction or against 2) Trading psychology: understand the fundamentals of of your strategy.. its a smart mind game not putting hours and hours on multiple companies and analysis… declutter the unnecessary data and companies … focus only on the things you understand and needed 3) Work life balance : Four quadrants concept by Anish makes sense … for trading you need technicals, psychology/emotions, money risk management and life management.. manage your personal life and take step back of you are emotionally not stable .. your personal life will reflect in your trading.
