Yes, in my grain dryer moddesc I wrote in description the permissions for it to be used. It's not a prefab because I didn't want it to be used in just regular mods. Anyone making a map can use it as if it was a prefab though or as it is. Basically anything you want to do as long as its not a stand alone mod.
