Being able to authentically freestyle off the top of the brain and be able to make sentences fit, flow and make sense with metaphors and similies without messing up, takes years and years and years of skill. Plus, the subjects are usually more sparatic to be able to intertwine thoughts at the blink of an eye. When someone writes there stuff, it takes practice, time, dedication and the cadence is much more mathematical. It's very obvious. Not to say he's not a skilled writer and emcee. But, this is not off the top.
dirty 310 to be fair, most rap is "freestyle", I think you mean "off the top" which yea he was coming off the top, but you can tell he's a bit of a writer by the way he loses it at times. I'm a fan, way better than the BS flex was bringing in last year. 2017 no more whack shit on flex.
