Mine always starts the simulation with the engines running, how do I get it into a cold and dark state to start with? Thank you 🙏 brilliant vid, just what I wanted
Great video mate, question how can i trim the chinook? There's a switch that says automatic trim but doesn't seems to trim it, i tried manual trim as well but almost impossible to trim, i also tried the piloting assistance option in the sim for automatic trim ON and OFF but no difference whatsoever
I see I was not the only one, you need to go into the control options and set up cyclic trim, I have set mine the same as I have done for normal aircraft trim. Set both types of trim to the same buttons. Search for Rotor Lateral Trim and then Rotor Longitudinal Trim. Flying just became a whole lot easier!!
The trim does not function properly in this module. I'm a 47 pilot and I'm uploading a pretty in depth video on the Miltech 47D shortly where I talk about some of my issues with this. If you're talking about the cyclic longitudinal/lateral trim, like @boresight mentioned below that DOES work. Yaw trim/turn coordination is not modeled which is unfortunate.
Dont know if mine is bugged or something but i cant start mine up. I follow the checklist and start both engines, and the rotors just move slowly. Also when i load a ready started up aircraft. I keep losing power to climb
