Praise God for the upload. I have this video and was a member of our local college/community choir back in the early '90's. We ministered in song singing some of these great songs throughout Georgia on the east and west coast, Florida and South Carolina. What an anointed choir and blessings to all who are still praising Him in song.
Kim McFarland changed the game for choir soloists. Her claim to fame was the song “I Tried Him”. Whew. Even in kindergarten I loved her voice and the sound of the Tommies.
I grew up going to live recordings and concernts with my sister God Mother Annie B who was a member in this Choir. She would take us and didnt know she was sowing seed in our little lives for a time like now in 2020. We grown up now and i loved this choir back then and i still love them. Love Darius Brooks he always gave me joy as a kid watching him i couldnt understand why he would be so happy while playing the piano i use to laugh as i was kid but now i laugh because i now know the joy he felt then is the same joy i feel now. God is good serve him with all your heart.
Oh my gosh. I'm in London in the UK and like everybody else here I've looking for this complete thing.... and its here, cant tell you how happy i am. Its 1.30 in the morning and i was watching the Clark sisters live bringing it back home full concert. I had all these back in the day and can now feel like myself again as i longed to here them all again. Praise be to God Almighty. Thank you thank you thank you.
This right here will last through out eternity. We are going to resurrect these songs in Dallas, Tx! I shall never forget when Milton Brunson and the Tommies came to Dallas back in the mid to late 80s. It was electrifying!!!!!!!
I remember the tommies but they were really Reverend Milton brunson and the Thompson community choir that's who I remember them as because their name was so long I just couldn't say it but I praised and thanked God for these people they were truly amazing choir robes and everything marching in all of that back in the day that's how we used to do it but nowadays is not the same they say times is changed but God has never changed he has stayed the same so to me that's how we should keep his music decent and in order❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
I’ve never seen this concert, but my parents used to listen to the cassette tape all the time when I was a kid in the 90s. Hearing these songs takes me back to my super early childhood years.

I love the Thompson community singers with rev milton brunson songs like yes he did jesus I thank God the Lord is blessing me right now what a friend I'll trade a lifetime the holy ghost is here now if you ever needed the Lord rise up and walk praise God nothing but the blood of jesus I'm a child of the king I've got a satisfied mind you can't hurry God the wicked shall cease and many other hits
Me three! I used to put on my mom's bathrobe and pretend I was in the choir (switching from a choir member to directing lol) and watched choir videos all day everyday! #goodtimes 🤗
They do reunion concerts all of the time. Under the Tommies Reunion. They released an album a few years back as well. My Pastor is Darius Brooks. He wrote a lot of their songs and leads the Reunion Choir now.
I can't believe that For the good of the was cut off hope the choir I just join will sing this and let me lead it . Praise be to God. Love this Choir!!!

Have you seen the Clark Sisters Bringing it back home full concert on here too?? I had that on tape aswell. One thing i got was Shirley Caesar with these guys in Chicago Live. I'm in London UK so its not easy to get any thing lol. But I'm happy now. You enjoy.

Most of them are. Darius Brooks, who sings Rest for the weary at the beginning of the concert is my Pastor. He and the Tommies Reunion still perform alot of these songs today.
I also had Chance's to hear them and the Christ tabernacle choir and talking about singing and holding notes they are the greatest of all times,and don't mention there broadcast at ll pm Sunday nites I got one big hallelujah blast from the holy ghost yes amen
has this been put in DVD yet ??? I really would like to get this for my mama...me and my sister watched it more than she did.. lmao I loved the drummer, and now I'm a. drummer myself.
