Milwaukee 2460 Rotary Tool Requesting Quiet 

The 2 screws prevent the motor from rotating in the housing.

The only problem is when you tested it out the last time you didn’t have the wire wheel in that would’ve made a bigger difference in knowing if you repaired or not

So I have 2 of these, One at work and home. Had the one at work about 2 years now and theres really no vibration to speak of, got another for home and it came today, wow does it vibrate, bout the same as yours. I took it apart and ran the motor out of the body and it's smooth and quite, no vibration.. there must be a gap in between the motor and body causing it, I'm gonna put some electric tape around the motor to try and correct this.. Haven't had time to do that yet tho..
