Milwaukee M12 Compact Jobsite Radio & Charger YOU NEED TO SEE THIS! 

we had a 8 track home stereo and 8 track car stereo, we had Queen, Beatles, Nazareth, Led Zeppelin, Kiss, Billy Joel, Elvis Presley, Allman Brothers etc .

This is by far my absolute favorite tool review channel ever this guy is hilarious but he brings up a lot of good points he’s not afraid to call Milwaukee out even though you can tell he’s a Milwaukee fan boy. He also isn’t afraid to put it out there to people buying these products and he’s not taking any money from Milwaukee to do that. This guy is a beast, and is one of the reasons I made my first Milwaukee purchase three days ago. I got the M 12 starter kit fuel impact driver and hammer drill. Also because of him I was aware of the sale where I got the free cordless oscillating multi tool. I will never not watch one of his videos! Thanks bro!

if you read the instructions like Vince recommends ,,,,holding down the am/fm button for couple seconds brings up treble/bass adjustments

Picked one of these up about a week ago... my first Milwaukee 'tool' that's not m18 fuel. I have to say I'm very impressed with it so far. My co worker picked up the big m18 one at the same time I got this, he paid more than twice as much for the larger one and honestly it's almost too much... I love mine and he actually regrets not just getting the smaller one too, the large one is overkill for the type of work we do.

I have had the old M12 radio for years. 3 or 4 years I think and use it daily on site and love it! But I will need to upgrade! The old one will be great up north

I don’t use the AM/FM so I went with the M18/M12 Bluetooth job site speaker. Works awesome and it rocks!

I'm 38 and have my grandmother's cabinet stereo with turntable and 8 track player. When I was in junior high I would go to her house and use her 8 Track to Cassette adapter, with my Cassette to Aux Out adapter to plug in my Discman so I could listen to my CDs at her house. I had to do the same thing when I would drive her 1978 Seafoam Green Coupe DeVille! I have a collection of about 60 8 tracks right now, but I'd say my Little Richard and Jimi Hendrix "Friends From the Beginning" 8 Track is my favorite.

Vince I got it direct from Milwaukee, They don't consider this a Radio but a Charger that just so happens to have a radio in it. So its not violating their no hybrid policy.

Absolutely I know what cassettes are :-) and as a matter of fact, my first car had an 8 Track player, along with a Heart 8 Track tape. Good times!

I'm always going place to place on the job site, so the m12 radio will be my go too. Also as far as charging, my idea would be have something the size of the compact box or cooler that is a dedicated charging station that can be accessed from the side. It could be reverseable so it could charge on the left or right side of the packout stack. That way you would have a "base of operations" on the job site.

My favorite 8 track was " A nod is as good as a wink to a blind horse " by Rod Stewart and the Faces. Only problem was that right in the middle of " Cut across Shorty ". It switched tracks and there was that click click sound right in the middle of the song. This is one of the best videos you have done. The pack out radio is kind of expensive especially since I can't hear it before I buy it .

Stone temple pilots-Core album on cassette 🤘🏼burned that tape up from jamming it so many times.

Really wish manufacturers would provide built-in storage for AC Adapters & cords when they design portable devises.

I have both radios, to be honest I prefer the M12. It fits in my tool box instead of being part of it. The sound quality in the M18 is much better tho. Thanks for the review and keep them coming guys 😎

8 track favorite was Bee Gees..... did a lot of recording when I was younger with Max tapes.... but in your famous words I will say this... as far as regular batteries go I only use Duracell..... I will be getting this radio very soon.... Great video as always bro 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Favorite 8 track, Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass. We used to listen to it in an hour commute every day. My mom got so sick of it she threw it out the window!

I'm glad Milwaukee kept the AM band in their radios which Dewalt didn't do with their Toughsystem 2.0 radio/charger. Do you know whether Dewalt fixed those base speakers in the 2.0 radios? When I was a kid in the 1970’s my family had a 1976 Buick Electra with an 8 track player. My favorite 8 track was “Elvis Live-Aloha from Hawaii. I still have the 8 track.

I'm old enough to know what a cassette tape is, and an 8-track player, but never used the latter at all. CD and DVD quality music may be the clearest sounding audio you will hear, but it doesn't have the "fullness" as vinyl records. Even then, vinyl records have increased in quality over the years, and have made a comeback. With all that said, this will be my next M12 pickup.

I think the fact that it has an optional cord that serves a purpose of charging a battery thats pretty cool. I wonder how long it takes to charge a dead battery?

I have the older M18 radio charger. Love the sound. Was interested in the Packout version, but the price and still no M12 capability made it a hard no for me.

Would be super super nice and awesome if MW put out a Packout Radio 2.0 that has a QuickCharger for the phones, USB-C, multiple ports, and addition of M12 battery charging. What would blow away the competition, a Rapid dual voltage charger built into the Packout Radio Charger 2.0

My car and later, my Datsun pickup, were decked out with a Pioneer Supertuner 8-Track & radio. I also added a Fosgate amplifier to drive my Jensen speakers..... Favorite tape??? Greetings from Asbury Park by The Boss, himself.

KISS Alive II 8 track for me, they basically put a radio in the M12 bluetooth speaker.

I really like this little radio. It has a solid little bass sound, very clear. I like that it charges it’s battery and can also charge your phone. Keeps me entertained while I complete my projects. The clock is very cool!

I’ve got the M18 jobsite radio charger. I’m think about switching because it’s a beast and I’ve got plenty of M12 tools. When I’ve got it playing music from my phone via Bluetooth and simultaneously charging my phone (while sitting on the “lid flap”), there’s interference. Did they resolve that issue with this M12 radio charger?

Before the 8 track tape, there was the 4 track track tape. The four track didn't fair well so they came up with the 8 track. Just like back in the day when video tapes came out there was Beta video tapes, that didn't fair well either when VHS tapes came out.

I got the dcr025 because of the nice features but this thing is less portable so I got this one yesterday and damn Its loud enough, mabye not the best sound in town but its very loud for a small pool party or to finish my basement
