This is intentional. One LED is for lighting the area, the other is a torque indication. There is no mechanical clutch in this tool. Instead there is an electronical system that stops the rotation when the selected torque is reached. This LED indicate this by blinking.

@@workingmanrondoyle3287 I had the same situation, but I realized that everything was in order when I noticed that the light from one light bulb was quite enough, and then I remembered the red signal light that I saw in the video on RU-vid!!! That’s all! Well, so what? many managers do not understand tools, they have never hammered a single nail in their life, how do they know about the product, they are just traders!!!!

Wow 😯 but so the drill works beside the led ? So you got your money back when buying the second one in the store or you needed up w 2? I say open the tool if you have no warranty and check for yourself if 100% there’s is an led bulb or it’s just a plastic mold or one and they try to tilt it to have more view hehe anyways what ended up happening ? Hehe I’m curious it’s a tool that has this issue on all this exclusive model …
Thanks for watching Charls Chuck. Yes, to all these drills working. It was just one LED that wasn't coming on while the trigger was pulled. Customer service didn't know why this line of drills had that problem. I sent this drill back as being under warranty. And they send me a refurbished one back. I was mad 😡. I called them up and said, I buy a brand new drill at full price for Home Depot which is defective for Milwaukee to send me back a used one. 🤯 They apologized, and told me to keep it and they sent me another brand new one. Now I have one refurbished drill and one new drill. Still having one of the LED's not working like they should. I guess it's just not meant to work.
