It maxed out because you shoved the DB meter inside the horn. You must test your horns at least 10 feet away. And you must test them at an air pressure of at least 120 psi.
Db meters are supposed to be used at a meter or around 3ish feet. You’re getting a faulty reading by using it so close… it’s like someone screaming from across a car park vs right in your ear…
I don't know what theater it was but I heard when Transformers was in theaters, one of the theaters turned the movie up loud and got up to 130 decibels.
This guy is not using that decibel meter correctly. Also decibels above 190 is considered a pressure waive pushing air faster than sound typically travels i.e. an explosion. Decibels are measured wierdly

You missed the *meter* part of the measuring. Edit: but I want one of those horns :))
Hi, I ordered one and emailed you but I still haven’t gotten any confirmation of shipment and it’s been a week, who can I contact? Edit: ITS SO F*CKING LOUD
@@UltraMagaFan I emailed him and within two days I got my horn. It’s well packaged etc. I just think it’s one guy running the online store so it takes a while but it’s worth it 👍🏼
@@ShakaTechnique He shipped it out the day after I posted that comment. It’s supposed to be here tomorrow. If it’s one person running the business two week shipping is completely understandable. These things are very popular on RU-vid and Instagram. I was just being impatient.
According to that meter and the CDC the volume of your voice in this video over prolonged time can damage hearing(+70dB CDC.gov). I love and hate that these things exist... depends who has their hands on the trigger at the time I guess.
