Freshly squeezed is good for you, the crap at the store in the carton is over-processed, it's been pasteurized they have to add food coloring perfume packets vitamins back into it it's not even orange juice anymore it's orange drink. Frozen concentrate is actually better for you than the juice in the cartons

lol Bert: They had bottomless mimosas and I didn't know what that meant, and I drank a bunch trying to get my money's worth...got in the van and was like uughhh...I shouldn't have ate like that.
