I get the new reed cage and block for the Minarelli much sooner then expected. So let’s take it off the bike and upstairs to the kitchen hen to rebuild it right. The first iteration of the motor was just to get it going for the 2,000 subscriber milestone. So now it runs great the new better parts came in so it’s time to make more power. First let’s make the cheapest parts I could find performance as good as the best parts with a lot of smart thinking and cheap tools. It’s going back together better then ever so ride along with us on the ride.

Next time I do a maintenance check on the cylinder, ill check the condition of the wrist pin and let you if its worn way 👍😁

It’s a real MZ65 that is brand new and was kinda pricey for something that didn’t fit right into four different stick appearing bicycles and frames. So I’m goin to chip it up and turn it into a belly pipe. I figured since I’m so bad at welding why not press I myself to build a type of pipe I always wanted but am to cheap to buy from a pro and will most likely butcher it into pieces and ruin any chance of it working properly at making any type of power for me and the Minarelli in Purple Nightmare.

Shouldn't be too bad though, as long as lengths of everything is relatively the same as stock

@@dominikweber4005 right as long as get it close to same lengths but just change the direction of the pipes to fit around the frame I should be fine I figure.

@@dominikweber4005 Its as thin as Paper to tell You the truth I have had to cut a few of them up before! I know first hand. But there are easy to weld together again no problem. just make sure your metal is clean first!👍

Jonnie, I am doing the same thing to my Minarelli intake as an option to the stock set up because I want to run my 21mm OKO carb in it. Do You have a link got the adapters that You are using? That will help me out a lot if you do. My wrist pin for my Piston is 10mm all the way across it. And is new has not been ran yet. But Your on the right track because I see You are still playing with Play Do! I haven't had that much fun in 56 years sense I played with it last! Keep up the great work my friend!👍

@@JMB676 Just looking for intake adaptor you used to mount the Carb? and the Block off plate (PZ-19) You used for your Minarelli?

Actually those were both given to me at different times from subscribers and LA hover. But they do sell them on Amazon and the actual cage I got on alibaba for like 9ish bucks compared to 30 ish cheapest other places and 50 on other sites.
