Great battle. Liked the noises from the orcs. Unexpected outcome. Suggestions include the odd supernatural stuff - like a magic spell or creature - like a Wizard, Balrog or Wight. Also setting a battle in an imaginary series which a kind of overview map at start. 👍

That was really well done. Some feedback♡♡ I can't help but wonder, why don't the cavalry outside the city do cycle charging?. I feel like there could be a practical reason for it from a video making perspective. But it breaks the immersion for me because tactically it makes no sense. Meanwhile you describe the tactics constantly, which I adore.

Also, would have liked to have seen some Archers positioned on the sides of the Castle rooftops, instead of just standing exclusively in the very Rear of the Cavalry. There was space to Position a few Archers on the first few Castle building Rooftops near the entrance. Positioned this way, the Archers are not rendered useless once the Orcs charged in for the hand-to-hand Combat. The archers could have still picked off more Orcs from the side during the Melee battle @ 16:22.

Defenders never win. If you watch Pixilated Apollo then you know what I mean. Defenders are 99% likely to lose. 😂 Well, doesn't help that defenders are always outnumbered 2x or more to 1. 🙁 Great vid, btw!

cavalry do not get stuck in with infantry.. they charge fiercely then fall back continuing to do this until the horses are blown. where are the human reserves to plug the holes and replace tired men?

Снова предвзятое отношение к темной стороне, орки бы не стали нападать на город с небольшим перевесом сил, только со значительным количеством, примерно от 40000 единиц пехоты. Орки, гоблины осаждали города всегда подготовленные, с наибольшим количеством. В этом фишка зла.

it always triggerd me thats for the sake of the narration some very inchoherent things are done. no archer to defend the first line of defense, cavalry going to her death by charging lancier, Archer firing and losing their amo against shielded infanterie ect ect.

Почему в тотал вар, орки такого размера, что больше похожи на хоббитов? Орки по сути, должны быть могучими, злобными существами. А орки в тотал вар - меньше людей, и эльфов... Как то не очень... Еще эльфы- самые высокие существа в игре, хотя по всем книгам - эльфы- утончённые, изящные телом существа, среднего роста... странно смотреть, как огромные эльфы избивают в бою маленьких, бедных орков, которые эльфам по плечо...🙄 Тут даже орков становится как то жалко..

Незнаю кто играл за Дол Амрот. Игрок или ИИ. Если игрок, то ему двойка за стратегию. Я бы видя численное превосходство врага. Стянул главные силы на защиту центра. Оставив загрядотряды. Заманил врага в город, тем самым дав кавалерии места для манёвра. А из центра каву вобще вывел. Затянув главные силы орков в городские бои, кавой разбил их резервы. И пошёл в рейд по их тылам. Ломая им шеи и моральный дух. Но заруба вышла знатная.

I like to watch these videos, but some are really stupid and outlandish, like this one, 8,000 soldiers against 25,000 orcs and urukai...it does not take a rocket scientist to know who is going to win. It is very unpleasant to see the slaughter of the good guys who have no real change of winning. A realistic battle probably will be if elves and Rohan will come during the battle to turn the tide, but also maybe a hero like Gandalf or Aragon who can face the Witch King in combat.
