Minato Namikazi has been a fan favorite for about as long as he has existed. He was everything Naruto wanted to be. He also seemed to be an improvement of Naruto, maintaining his funny and dopey nature, while also adding in a lot more responsibility and control. Not too long ago, the spin-off for Minato that we were promised after the Narutop99 poll released. Today we’re going to review the chapter and see if it was everything we were waiting for, what it means for Minato as a character, and what it means for the series as a whole.
