Welcome to this meditation session that is dedicated to helping you relax your mind and body. Some of you have told me that you would enjoy a session that takes extended time to get ourselves into that deep state of presence and focus. You can use this as a standalone meditation session, or as a way to lead into another session on my channel in an even deeper state of peace and relaxation!
This session will have you floating through space and includes a full 16 minutes of spoken meditation dialogue, followed by another three minutes of ambient music meditation for 19 minutes in total. Don't let anxiety and fear define you. Taking even five or ten minutes out of your day to meditate and practice mindfulness can make a big change in your mental health!
