One of the reasons I love Skillet is that all their songs have some kind of meaning, they got me through alot in high-school and college years.

Wish I could give you ten thumbs up just for reacting to Skillet! I love them and blast their music daily. They're a Christian rock band. More songs from them: The Resistance, Feel Invincible, Surviving the Game, Legendary, .........

Skillet’s a 5-member band (4 main members): John Cooper (lead vocals; bass guitar), Korey Cooper (backup guitar, keyboards [and John’s wife]), Seth Morrison (lead guitar), and Jen Ledger (backup vocals, drums. They’re fantastic! I’m a huge panhead!! They have something like 10 CDs and just came out with a new one. Thanks for reacting to them!

Some more songs to get you rolling with skillet would be Feel invincible Hero Whispers in the dark They also released a new albuk recently called dominion, surviving the game is a track that has a music video, somyou might enjoy that.

Interesting note about John Cooper (lead vocals and creater of the band). Growing up, he wasn't allowed to listen to secular music. Only Christian music.....and yet he created this sound!!!!

I got no clue how ppl recommended this one over Hero, Comatose or Whispers in the dark, it's no way near as good as those, it is good don't get me wrong, but they can do so much better.
