SUNO is pretty awesome yeah but it's a bit of a hit and miss when it comes to music. In my experience, out of every 10 clip generations you get 2 decent ones that you can continue to work on to create a complete song. The use of correct prompting helps too. You can use this as a blueprint: [intro] [instrumental, summer feelings, bird sounds, flute melody] [indie bass sets in followed by strumming guitars] [verse] your lyrics here [pre-chorus] your lyrics here [brief guitar solo] [bridge] [verse] your lyrics here [orchestral, flutes, horns, distorted guitars] [chorus] your lyrics here [outro, instrumental] [fade out] [fade out] [fade out] [fade out] It's important to work in blocks (continuations) or else you're feeding too much info at once which SUNO cannot handle well. The paid plan is a bit meager, you get 500 clips per month whereas the free plan gives you aprox. 300 clips a month (30 X 10 a day). You go trough either one really quick.
But how you get full songs, cause i tried it with the song description and simply said one verse one chorus and outro and it still stopped at 54seconda without the text being finished
About make a guitar solo on songs, I literally wrote "Guitar Solo" inside brackets or parenthesis, at Custom Mode. To make sense on song, you have to write "Chorus, to Guitar Solo" or vice-versa, that makes the lead vocals sing THE SAME or a little bit different when return to singing. Sometimes, singing a bit different sounds more "human". A BIG ADVICE: don't create a full clip (the part about 1 minute) of the solos, or the singer will sing chorus VERY DIFFERENT !! Another tip: typing "Epic/Powerful/Heroic Solo" do a different style of melody, and this is INCREDIBLE. This way, the solos takes about 30 secs after/before lyrics. I play some acoustic/electric guitar, and YES, Suno is THE ideas machine. If you are a musician of any level of knowledge, Suno is for you!!
Impressive. However, the price is our humanity, our creativity, and our ability to imagine and think ideas and beauty into existence. It's not a worthwhile trade.
The technological aspect of it is fascinating, but the ethical aspect of it is alarming. The audio quality is obviously very poor still. But it's very impressive that it can generate the vocals that convincingly. I'm floored by that.
You articulated exactly what I was thinking during my first experience wit it. Especially as a producer the technological aspect of songwriting and production is what was most intriguing.
From the song Future Unknown, I don't know where I'm going, but I'm gonna go there tonight. lol and there is a song called my truck left me for my best friend
i found the ai and came looking for videos, this ai makes me want to double think pursuing music and maybe go into programming. its so close to perfect that ik itll get there in the blink of an eye. like its actually depressing
Just discovered this and I have had a FIELD DAY with it let me tell ya. Who knew that a 0-star review about an egg timer would translate well into an upbeat bop?
I think that there are many people out there who are technically skilled but aren’t creative - this goes for both in music and the arts, ai will help them I think. I know a couple of extremely skilled guitarists that are insanely good but can only play other people’s songs. I work with a graphic designer who can do anything you ask but cannot create out of thin air. There are a lot of people out there like this.
Suno kind of kills all home producers & song writers. Like playing an owned produced piece of music for your friends will just be ignored and compared to how much better AI can create 50 better sounding tracks in the time it takes to record the vocals. Most home producers will never reach that "AI level" from a sound, vocal quality etc aspect = music might not be a creative art in the future (on that level) except for a few exclusive artists that by perhaps having a huge fan base and manages to attract a professional production team and is able to finance big live shows. Kind of like the only way a new artist will be played on tradition radio is if the buy their own radio station.
@prodquality Agree, I was reflecting on "what we shall do after AI does everything so much better". Will what we (humans) do even get any attention, perhaps it will just be our personal therapy (which is not a bad thing).
So, that means I'll have to subscribe to be able to download and put on streaming platforms for commercial use? Is that what they mean by commercial use?
Anyone that has an advice on how to use this tool better, please reply to this comment, currently I'm applying some things I learned but I still struggle with things like: 1.- How to accurately create a full song, I can't seem to understand how to coheritely continue the songs as the AI starts singing other stuff I didn't put into the lyrics 2.- How specific can you "talk" to the tool, for example, when describing the music style, should I add just a few or it depends of what you want in the song? (I want to avoid the issue with adding too much text to the lyrics, it ends up making up lyrics ) 3.- I can't seem to have a "right ending" to the songs I have created since the time is not enough for the song to finish, even when adding [End] , it always gets cut off by the time limit.
Oh, that’s not forget to tell people when you make a song using the free version. You do not have the rights to the song hence it’s better to have a paid plan.
Just wait. Once it’s good at everything, you will hate it. 😂 the human hand to analog will dominate once again, and AI will peak very fast, will be amazing for a few years then….boring. It can only “compile” at the end of the day, and humans can do much more than that. Just my thoughts.
to get guitar solo use the custom mode and use the command [ guitar solo] and no lyrics and it gives you the guitar solo. i was hoping to see more advance options in your video but you were just experimenting. i subscribed and get my full song after i spent 700 credits from 2500 credits to get my first song . and thats in different language too
Make it for free but you don't own the rights even if you pay later on... only after you pay the ones you create are owned by you but not the ones while on the free plan...
Nope. They already figured out the loopholes. Legal action won’t be slowing any of this down. (From the cases I follow). Open source is enough for this. Just needs time now. I’m not worried though. We get bored with pure novelty, and it’s not its own “creater” yet.
I love this tool. I think one can get great things out of it, however, a lot of the generations are ruined with this random small bursts of this high frequency, ringing sound. A phone speaker probably can't pick that up, can kind of hear it with my USB headset, but I noticed it plain as day, putting it on my computer and playing through my Sonos. I don't think I am introducing that, using other tools to separate things back into stems and playing around with stuff, but I think that is it version of hallucination sometimes. I know that the cassette AI thing, which is similar for instrumentals, loves to get an affinity for one particular note, and hold it for a long periods of time, usually a very high piercing one.
@@brenth82yeah, there’s some nasty reverb on vocals which tou can’t unheard once you notice it once. Sometimes it’s not too noticeable, sometimes not so much, but it’s always there.
@@StarCandyyyy lol you are pro gay? Do you also wear diapers like gay men do? Oh, you didn't know this? Look it up. Want more facts? liberals dont like the truth...just a "good" narrative.
