I am deeply impressed and highly satisfied to experience Egg varieties in Surat. I heard from few viewers of visa2explore that i will get to enjoy Egg varieties in Surat but what i experienced and enjoyed on taste was much more that what i heard or imagined.

back in day, the desi street food used to be all about flavor of basic ingredients including egg/veggies/lentils etc. These days, it's all about butter, creme, processed cheese, mayo etc.

During 1990 I was there in Surat at Palanpur Patia and used to pass through Adajan patia for my office.... during that time I never saw these Omelette/egg shops... may be this is new innovation in Surat. Once I've to go there to taste it. Great ideas...

Yes. I also was staying at Adajan Patia in 1989. Surat was damn dirty then. One would never think of eating roadside food at that time.

The Most Important Part of all the Surat Egg recipes is Green Garlic which is not available in most of the part of India. Also in Surat there are many more places to visit but most important thing is to select the best dish out of that place. Kindly keep a company of Pure Surti Person(Like Me) to find out the perfect Dish!!

Sir surat me green lesun bahut use hota he because green lesun se taste bahut Achaa ata he... Me ne bhai bhai aamlet pe khay he...Bahut Aacha banate he...Surat me bahutse places aese he jaha par aamlet ki 12-15 shop ek sathe he..Or sab ek se ek item banate he... Sir i have one question for you.... Aap itna food explore karte ho all over the India itna heavy food khate ho but you still looks very fitt and handsome just like me... 😜 Plz batao aap apni body ko maintain kaise karte ho kyoki main to dailly apne gym me 2 hours heavy workout karta hoon. Tab jake mushkil se sunday ko apni pasand ki koi dish kha pata hoon. Aap dailly itna heavy food khane ke baad apni body ko itna well shape kaise rakhte ho? 🤔 Its a god gift ya aap bhi koi exercise karte ho?

yes i do lot of work out.... i don't go to gym. i am sure that has nothing on weight loss...i do lot of running.. some breathing expercise... but yes i do that daily for 40 mon.. morning 5.15 am to 6 am.... fixed time... get up at 4.45 am... sleep at 8.30 or max by 9 pm.... try to balance out my food with excessive and consistent work out....

Namaste Harish ji,I am a big fan of egg dishes and this is One of the best videos on it.excellent narration. in Gujarat there is a very old saying"SURAT NU JAMAN ANE KASHI NU MARAN"it means for ultimate experience of soul eat in Surat and die in Kashi.. Surat is heaven for food lovers.not only egg but also other non veg and veg varieties like Ghari,Surti locho,undhiyu etc..i hope you have tried it.yes prices are high but Surati people don't care.they just want to earn n enjoy.i love Surti people..as far as egg varieties are concern nobody can beat them.good luck and keep exploring..
