@@jasminelindros8923 Maybe they are being used and we just can't see it. They don't really show a good angle, long enough to know for sure. But there's clearly spray bar there.

Saw a construction type machine on a highway at night .. it was driving in a closed lane I'd estimate at about 30 mph ( about 40 kph) .. the odd part was there was a ring of red light ( Lazer ?) On the ground around it ... Can anyone identify this type machine ? ( What does it do .. I'm guessing measure something)
