Spirituality and distortion is the greatest album of all time. Downgrade desert is the first track on that album. Opus brain video on Igorrr’s RU-vid channel also has the same director as this video, if you are interested to listen to more. Opus brain is probably my favourite Igorrr song. Absolutely !! Nothing else even comes close to the brilliance of Spirituality and Distortion! Igorrr has ruined every other band for me. It all seems so boring by comparison!!
Opus Brain is a great shout for a look at some of their more electronic songs out there, but it does have some great vocal moments from Laure in there as well.

Yes I also never put Ieud on their best songs even tho it's still quite good Yep Laure is amazing and my first love for igorr was when i saw the video of Tout Petit Moineau live at Dour 2014 But since end of last year Igorrr changed its singers. I still want to see more from the male singer but the new female singer, Aphrodite, is greatly replacing Laure, which seemed impossible as I think you'd imagine too. If you enjoyed the middle-eastern aspects of this song, you may want to check out Orphaned Land. They're an Israeli progressive metal band that takes a western hard rock feel and blends it seamlessly with folk music from the middle east.
While their new vocalists are pretty decent, and are arguably better from a technical perspective; I really don't feel like they're connected with the music or deliver anywhere near the same level of emotion has Laure and Laurent. Watching their new vocalists perform the old songs doesn't do those songs justice imo. Very curious to see what the new vox can deliver with the new songs they record for the next album though!
Sugestions? I have plenty, but I would recomend "Tout Petit Moineau", or the one that got me hooked to the band "Cheval"....."Viande" is awesome too but maybe the screams will be too much out there for you, dunno.
It's really funny you did this today! I put this on driving home from work and I was thinking, I should have recommended that T do this song first. Then to see you do it tonight! Totally awesome!! I recommended IEUD to you. I was hoping to blow your mind!! LOL! But I forgot Igorrr is an acquired taste. This song is the first song I heard from Igorrr, and the first track off Spiritually and Distortion! The entire album is a work of Genius!! Himalaya Massive Ritual is probably my favorite track off the record, but every song is very different and it depends on your mood which one will be your favorite that day. Since being introduced to Igorrr right at the start of the pandemic, they have moved into my top 3 favorite bands of all time! Stick with the Spirituality and Distortion album at first. Then go back to the previous album, Savage Sinusoid. The stuff older than these 2 records are more of a solo project, with lots of crazy breakbeats and Baroque music. Truly unique but a bit tougher to digest.
About how to pronounce ieuD: you first have to understand the pun in the name of the song. If you keep repeating ieuD it easily becames Dieu, which in french means God. Does it mean that if you keep repeating something nonsense enough it becomes religion? No, but I would love this funny wordgame and I could easily expect such things from Igorr and the other guys in the band
Igorrr is absolutely fantastic. You gotta watch Downgrade Desert and Camel Dancefloor back to back. They go together. You can hear many different languages being sung towards the end of the song too. German, Finnish, and others. It's supposed to be as international as possible. The whole album of Spiritually and Distortion are amazing work.
my favorite to make people listen from Igorrr MUST be Absolute Psalm, or maybe Nervous Waltz. Their titles from the first albums are bangers (in the absurd sense of it) if you understand French
