After writing "I'm responsible" 100 times, I feel a sense of responsibility. Initially, I thought it would be easy, but around the 20th repetition, I experienced discomfort in my hand. Despite the pain, I persevered, pushing myself out of my comfort zone and overcoming laziness.

here's my takeaway frim this video: Learning to say NO without the fear of being judged. Surrounding one's self with positive vibes and information only. Problems always teach a lesson and it is on to us to learn from it.

Focus is very important i am writing an example as like you talked about laal rang ke gari. Yesterday my friend called me get out from your home to go for riverside walk. I put out my blankit and gets out of there. When i came out frome my home i was unable to see him who called me there were lots people who were busy in their routine work i asked from my neighbour about the person who told me that he was here about 5 mint before. I searched for him and suddenly he would appeared and i saw them at last i found him in about 5 four minute. Sir really maza agaya
