This is a fun combination video for you all. I really enjoyed the finished sound. To start I began with the pink noise I created for a previous video, which contains two audio tracks. The first is generated pink noise with a low pass filter set at 500 hertz. This signal is then compressed, notched, and then amplified with a clear music effect.
The second track within the pink noise track is from a large barrel fan being record in an old cave, from a distance of about 100 feet. This sound is then modified with a low pass filter at 750 hertz, with additional reverbed added. The two tracks are then blended together to create this mind numbing smoothed pink noise and combined with a black screen for sleep, study, tinnitus relief, focus, sound blocking, and more.
For the brown noise I used in this video, which I created for a previous video, I started with brown noise that I generated on my tuner. From there I turned the treble way down to put more of a mind numbing emphases on the deeper, lower end. From there I touched it up on the EQ a little, to remove any harshness to my ears. I then put a compressor on it, to boost the overall fullness feel. From there I doubled the track, meaning I put the same track on top of itself. On the second track I put some endless cavern reverb, and then combined both tracks into one. I then added a loudness maximizer, and boosted the volume as much as possible without losing quality. This process took me a few days to get it all just right. I really hope you enjoy it, relax and sleep well my friends!
Finally I added the pink noise track and the brown noise track together to create this video. I turned the treble down just a little more, and touched up the bass end of things on the EQ to ensure the rumble isn't too loud when listening on a phone. This maximizes the depth of each sound, while minimizing sounds considered to be antithetical to relaxation.
