One thing I've realised over time is that I often fail to understand the complete meaning of what Shaykh Humza Yusuf is trying to explain, but over time as my knowledge and understanding of the religion tend to grow and I revisit the once un-understood lectures and relisten to them again everything seems to make perfect sense.
I have an anecdote for you if it helps - a few ustaz here are debating whether dinosaurs existed. A few believe that the earth was created a few thousand years ago - whereas science clearly shows that dinosaurs did exist - from fossils to fossil fuels. Either way, mind your own business. Whether dinosaurs exist or not - for the layman it is not important - we live onward, burning fuel and driving cars - whether dinosaurs exist or are a conspiracy are irrelevant at the end of the day. Unrelated, but hope it helps.
@@sfgdragoon it definitely is worth knowing. we were a people who developed the natural sciences. likewise we should be a people who understabd politics or we will be blind led by the blind.
