This is the Mindful Exercise/Practicing 8 Movement Shaolin Qigong Baduanjin Day 05.
We filmed this video through Zoom at Blue Cliff Monastery, from 6 Day Plum Village International Family Retreat Online ( July 28 - August 02, 2020). That 's why , the quality of video not high.

These videos by Thich Man Tue have changed my life. I have such appreciation for him, and I feel a strong connection with him...he reaches my heart. I follow faithfully his guided qigong practices; the practice has allowed me to no longer need blood pressure meds (and at 76, that's almost miraculous!) I would love to let him know how much he has brought to my life. His eyes speak troves, and his disarming, sweet smile makes me smile, too.

It's is really hard for me to have an access to qigong meditation because I can't afford to go and learn in china financially, but you master you have took me to your world for free. ❤❤❤ I am grateful. 🙏🙏🙏

Day 5/5 The best day simply because all the exercises are put together and the days before prepared me fully to complete them without pause 🙌🏾 I love that we can follow the series daily again until the sequences are ingrained. This has been a pleasure. Very thankful to you for your wonderful teachings and all those involved in the recording and upload. Continual blessings on you 🙏🏾🌻

Thich Man Tue is a selfless Qi Gong master who teaches with passion and love ; he even includes a massage routine at the end which is important and integral to any Qi Gong practice. He's my favorite teacher. Though some of the exercises are a little challenging for a senior like me but I am inspired to practice and be in the Qi. Thank you Bright Insight!

I totally agree. I start every day at sunrise with a teaching from Thich Man Tue, and I am increasing my flexibility. My life is calm. My surgeon told me to have a sleep every afternoon, instead I take a second opportunity to meditate. After an acute bout of illness I kept the surgeon away, I am getting strong and increasing flexibility. Thank you.
