A great activity to help calm our bodies and focus on being in the moment. Art can act as a therapy for lots of people. Using this wet on wet technique, encourage your students to focus on the way the colour and water move through the paper. Not only is this a very calming activity to do, it can end up being very beautiful too! Write some positive words on top of the dry artwork and display around your class or home!
