This is one of the best meditations I've heard. First, it's great that the music isn't so much louder than the voice that I struggle to hear what's being said. Aside from that, it all worked together perfectly. I was actually nauseated from the stress, and now it's gone. This is lovely!

Yes! That is so true. All other similar meditations on YY have had intrusive music/voices.

I was legitimately having an anxiety/panic attack when I clicked on this. 9 minutes later I honestly feel so much better. Kept deep breathing throughout, breathing in for 7, holding for a few seconds and releasing for 10/11. Thank you so much for this video

This was me yesterday and today! I had a panic attack and at night used this and it helped me fall asleep eventually. Also today I've gone out for lunch and felt my heart begin to beat again and listened to this in the car and I'm so relaxed atm .

The breath is a powerful tool. Its helped me time and time again to get through situations that would otherwise cause me to flee and avoid situations that caused negative emotions. Now it helps me sit through it.

This is the most calming, focusing meditation I have heard ( and I have heard many). For the first time I have been able to come away easily from all those interrupting thoughts and centre myself back on the breath. I will be using this mediation daily from now on. Thank you.

As a musician I have found it hard to settle to any other meditation than this one. The harmonies are so perfectly paced and the voice is wonderful. A short but very very sweet journey every morning and night.Thank you so much.

This is such a well executed meditation. The background music, script, pace, voice- everything. No fancy stuff and very gentle. Really helps focus and relax. A longer version in the same mould would be great!

I just discovered this meditation. All I can say is THANK YOU!!! It has given me hope that I will be able to manage my debilitating anxiety without medications. Your voice is soothing and the music was calming. Perfect!

This is one of my top 10 morning meditations🙏🏼. Soothing background music is perfect and guided speaker offers just the right amount of direction so as not to throw you off your center once you've locked into the zone. Please offer additional meditations!! 💜

Fantastic. I've never really been into meditation before, but after this session, my well-being was put into an incredibly peaceful state. I've been battling inner demons this last year, often overthinking and overanalysing things, which led me to being extremely depressed at times, but this was incredible. Thank you.

That was Awesome, bless you from a Brain Injury Survivor living with Severe Anxiety Disorder. That was so good, I'm going to share with 2 Community Pages I run for other Survivors like myself. Really enjoyed this meditation video; simple , but lets you connect with the moment, with your breath and your body. And as it only lasts for about 9 minutes, it's a great meditation for when you don't have more time but feel the need to connect with yourself and the present instant. Will definitely come back to it, thank you!

This is the most effective meditation I've used. Definitely the most regular, nearly every day for the best part of a year. Has helped post work stress consistently and restore calm. Just have to keep it up. Thanks.

I had a few anxiety and panic attacks today and this evening I have calmed down by reading a book and listening to music and now watching this video has just put me in a great state of mind ! I will repeat this a few times tonight before i sleep as it has calmed my breathing down a lot ! Thank you once again you are so appreciated!

Wow! Why did I instantly start crying the first time you asked for a smile? I was not expecting that at all. That never happened with any other Meditation I've done. I was ok the second time at the end. I know for the past 4 years that I'm in the most stressful time ever in my Life, especially the past 2. But I must be denying how much and that it may be catching up with me.

ya for the bringing the attention back to the breath if your mind wanders someone told me this analogy and i really do like it think of it as a feather being placed on fine glass. Where the fine glass if the though, felling, or sensation. And the feather is like just softly letting go of what ever was distracting you in the first place.

When I bring my awareness to my breathing, I have to breathe consciously, or I just stop. I don't start breathing naturally again until my mind is on something else. In other words, I CAN'T just notice my breathing. Either it's on my mind, and I have to purposely make it happen, or my mind has to be on something else.

Adam Honesty and decency I think I do this at times to and this probably why I have chest pain every day it seems like. I have panic attacks only in the car & I’m working on that so much! I need healing 🙏🏾
