Dharma Talk: Mindfulness of Body in Everyday Life

In the Four Grounds of Mindfulness Sutra the Buddha tells us how to bring our mindfulness into every aspect of life. Book 11 of the Avatamsaka Sutra states that every ordinary activity of life from brushing our teeth to helping out our parents is part of the spiritual path. This Sunday’s talk will use examples from these two ancient texts to help inspire us in our everyday practice off the cushion.
