Hello Candus - I have a question please. ;-) Do you have a video for How to Deposit (and into "what Chart of Account" TYPE more specifically) the auto-deposits to bank made from e-commerce sales received and also the payments being received from PayPal and transferred for deposit into the same bank account also? I'm really struggle to understand how to categorize the TYPE (Bank or Income or otherwise)? I've watched one video from someone else on How to Enter Daily Cash Register Sales and they go into breaking down Taxable and Non-Taxable and GST (Good and Services Tax, an Australian term, but I'm in the U.S.) categories as PAYMENT type, not BANK or INCOME type. I'm really confused??? Please recommend a solution for assistance if you can. Thanks in advance.
Hi Candace, I am using quickbooks desktop enterprise. In the item list and pulling up a quickreport of that part, is there a way of having the vendor info in there as well. I currently only show the customer information. Thank you
Hi Candus I am following along with this video and its great. I need a little help with applying retainer payments already received to existing invoices. Also how to set up the retainer payment in quickbooks from the item list. Any help would be great. Thanks

@@CandusKampfer Hi CANDUS Does restaurant use accrual or cash basis? Restaurant has no invoices for customer to receive money. They receive cash or money from credit card.
I have been using quick books and have just been putting everything through the check register, can I go back in and create sales receipts and not mess anything up in the register?
I'm way out of my league.....I haven't reconciled my account at all. I have simply use the check register for all my transactions......I'm quickly learning this is/was the wrong thing to do.......
