When I read this story close to 50 years ago I was immediately enthralled and captivated by the imagery. Today I can more fully appreciate Mr. Ballard's insightful commentary on the regression of society.

There is so much stuff on the internet and even just on RU-vid alone, but it is wonderful to hear these stories being read. I would like to thank all of you who have worked on this and put it out for us to enjoy. A special thanks to Mr. Hanson for his lovely soothing voice. Many people read stories on RU-vid now but certain voices sound timeless.

This story is amazing. Haha the Met Gala picked this story in a very… oddly fitting way. Such a good motif during this time where there’s such a huge wage gap between the ultra wealthy and the regular person.

I feel like the person who chose the theme did so with intent. It seems so odd to choose a book like this for celebrities to dress as in this time. It's almost spiteful towards the celebrities 😅

We are working with Mr Hanson (series creator) and Darkman (technical production) to encode the Mindwebs master tapes and release them to the public. We are currently releasing them at a rate of one episode per week; there are 169 episodes, so that should take us into early 2021. In addition, Darkman is working directly with Mr Hanson to record NEW episodes. This work will continue as long as Mr Hanson is able. We are hoping to release one new episode per month, but we all have real jobs and this is a labour of love for us all. While we do not accept money, we can use your help! We are all complete basket cases when it comes to social media, so anything you can do to help spread the word will be greatly appreciated. Also, any comments you make here will be conveyed directly to Mr Hanson. Cheers,

HE SOUNDS A LOT LIKE JACK GARRIS WHO had a tremendously mesmerizing, "peaceful" radio series devoted to discussing spirituality/biology and such back in the 1970's/80's.

I can very easily understand the story, but I'm sure there are people who may be hard of hearing that might find it difficult to understand. Unfortunately a balance has to be struck and I think for most people there is no problem in understanding the text of the story.
