Minecraft 1.16.5: How to summon a custom mob with armor and weapon

I did this in java edition and i dif all of it, it shows green, no caps (because the person who said note to everyone said that you dont do caps in java ) and still, it only summoned a normal regular any day old zombie. Bruh.

Should be able to randomize armor, weapons, mobs (Skeleton, or Zombie), enchants, and randomize when they appear. And make it so it can do it wherever you are, so it would work while out exploring and when you find dungeon spawners. Would make the world more challenging. Not so they appear right on top of you, but where they usually appear. In the dark, or in dungeons, at night on the surface.
