The Minecraft 1.21 snapshot 24w12a for Minecraft Java edition released today. I will show you all the additions, changes and fixes added to this snapshot! This snapshot adds the new trial chambers explorer map, which makes it easier to find the new structure coming to minecraft 1.21. You can get this explorer map from a journeyman cartographer. This is how to find the trial chamber in minecraft quickly! The heavy core can now be waterlogged and survives lava flows. There are six new advancements: Minecraft: Trial(s) Edition, Under Lock & Key, Blowback, Who Needs Rockets?, Crafters Crafting Crafters, Lighten Up and Over-Overkill!

Out of context question: do you remember the trail ruins ? It got forgotten really fast i think

Most people never see a fully excavated trail ruins, maybe that’s why the Minecraft community forgot them so quickly. It’s a shame as I really liked the excavations I did to fully reveal them.

1.21 is a really good update! My only problem with it, is that it feels really small. Most of the features in the update are concentrated in the trial chambers, I think it would’ve helped if they did the savanna biome vote update as well.

Would make not much sense, since Armadillo is for 1.20.5 not 1.21... But i do agree Would be interesting if they also added the features from an old biome vote + a lost mob from a mob vote within every update!

Looks like they lied at minecraft live saying we would get more than just trial chambers and the crafter, 1.20.5 and 1.21 the scam update

Bruh, forgetting about new wolf types, the mace, bogged, wind charges, etc.

They definitely added more stuff but they haven’t added much outside of the trial chambers and the crafter. If that makes sense.

And we did. While the features are revolved around the Trial Chambers, you can't just say we didn't get anything, apart from what was shown in the Minecraft Live, we got: • A new Mob (the Bogged) • A whole new Weapon (the Mace) • Another new "Weapon" (the Wind Charge, which is an awesome feature) • 2 new Blocks (the Heavy Core, which will probably have another use, and the Vault, a block that will fix one of Minecraft's main problems) • 2 new Armor Trims • 2 new Banner Patterns • 3 new Pottery Sherds • 6 new Advancements Let's not forget we are still in Snapshots, and it's still March, the update releases in the Summer. So we still have plenty of time for way more features

We’re also still in 1.20.5 snapshots, not even 1.21 snapshots.

I'm pretty sure the New Wolves were the last features for 1.20.5, and we're now fully on 1.21 The 1.21 features are just "Experimental Features" simply because they are still testing most of it, i'm sure in just a few weeks, all those features will be added without the need of activating the Experimental Features Tab
