Minecraft 1.21 - Trial Chambers, Automatic Crafting, The Breeze, Copper Bulbs, Tuff Bricks & More! 

The main materials the Trial Chambers are made out of are tuff and copper. This would LITERALLY be the best chance to add the two golems.

The best part about this, to me at least, is giving copper more uses because, my god, you can fin an absurd amount of copper just wandering around in vanilla minecraft.

May be useless by this point but I still want copper tools and armor... it would really give that ancient vibe given that copper is one of humanity's earliest metal of choice

I know that mojang said the copper and tuff golems won't (at least rn) be added this update, but come on the trial chamber is only made of copper and tuff. Edit: this would also be a good situation from the devs to prove to the community that past mobs could be added in convenient updates.

We're getting a dungeon made almost entirely of Tuff and Copper, so this is the perfect opportunity to add the Tuff and Copper Golem. Would be incredibly depressing if they don't, and would expose that they flatout lied about adding the losers when the "time is right". What other time but now would there be to add the Tuff and Copper Golem!? Like shown in their original mob vote video The Copper Golems could be oxidized around certain areas of the dungeon, showing how long it's been since the dungeon and golems were built, while also acting as amazing statues. Tuff Golems could be simular, holding loot that can be gotten. They'd have to implement some easy methods of moving them out of the dungeon, considering they are small I'd just have them be minable or drop themselves upon "death", allowing them to be replaced elsewhere.

Automatic crafting sounds pretty amazing, being able to compress things like kelp or metals is going to be fantastic.

There are examples of copper trapdoors making up the planters in the village demonstrating the new crafting block, much like how wood trapdoors are part of the village structures in the current release of Minecraft.

This is honestly the best thing to happen to redstone since like comparators and shit. Even on a small scale, think about the amount of fuss taken out of crafting a dispenser. Rather than crafting one at a time manually, you can craft a whole bunch automatically. If you have a zombie pigman farm, you can craft all those gold nuggets straight into bars and even blocks. And I love the way they implemented it. It's basic enough that anyone can get it in its basic form, but can also be used in grand ways on a large scale.

I honestly think the Breeze and Blaze are similar. Maybe we could see more element blazes.

This update needs to contain new armor and many different weapons. This would be true upgrade to combat! Just imagine spears, hammers or maces... It will be even better if we can get them like tridents - from mobs or from chests in structures

I can’t wait to spawn a bunch of breezes in a Minecraft village with the inevitable breeze spawn egg. I’m just going to spawn them in, and sit back and watch. It might even help me move the iron golem.

Holy crap already 1.21? Time flies

My top uses for the auto-crafter that I can think of off the top of my head are almost all for saving storage space. For example, crafting ores into their respective blocks or crafting wheat into hay bales since they can be converted back at any point. Other than that, maybe having a couple at a sort of hybrid bamboo/shulker farm to automate the crafting of chests and therefore shulker boxes as well.

With all the copper in this update, we might get the copper golem

So far I am really liking this update. I hope that they will add end and nether trial chambers with variants of the breeze or that they add Copper Golems for this structure.

These new blocks would go beautifully well with my underground/mountain dwarven village with steam punk designs like the Dwemer ruins from Skyrim

Hopefully they add something like an alchemist bag.

Copper Grates, Copper Bulbs, Reinforced Copper, Copper Grate Doors, and Copper Grate Trapdoors, are all the new copper blocks. Can't wait for the heir to Waxed (Lightly) Weathered Cut Copper Stairs, Waxed Weathered Copper Grate Trapdoors, which will be the new longest name for a block.

Remember the experimental combat changes a few years back? I think we may be seeing them real soon with this update focusing so much on combat and hopefully Bundles finally get added

I hope they update the savanna finally like what was promised ages ago since the armadillo won!

Auto-Crafting coming to Vanilla Minecraft is so revolutionary that even if it would have been the only thing they presented this year, i would have called this the best update ever by a long stretch...

I’m just super happy that they’re focusing on combat and adventure stuff, that’s my favorite aspect of Minecraft and unfortunately it doesn’t get a ton of focus, so I’m super excited for this 🎉

I could care less about the redstone but the Trial Chamber has the potential to be THE update I've been waiting for. New structure that's all about combat, skill, and adventure. Great loot with new enemies. However, I do want more unique hostile mobs (the Breeze is a great addtion but I want more than one hostile mob); and new loot, even if it's something that's a very niche weapon, like how the trident is.

To go with the alliteration titles that 1.20, 1.17/1.18, and a few others that I might be forgetting, went with, this update might be called the customization and combat update

So excited for the crafter, gonna be awesome for long term worlds. Firework farms, full iron kit makers in iron farms, scaffolding farms, stone brick farms. I just hope they add a recipe book function. As a bedrock player, I don’t have a good chunk of recipes memorized. Mabye they could have blank templates like with banner patterns that you could assign a recipe too.

Kinda reminds of a dungeons level is kinda like a wind temple in a DLC

With all this copper stuff i think þe copper golem has a small-medium chance that it gets added

i'm SO SO excited for the trial chamber. i think this was a big step in a good direction i wasn't expecting. it looks super modded but in all the right ways. a big part of the reason i play modded personally is that there's not much to explore in vanilla, and features like this is exactly what i think vanilla is lacking in my opinion. also it looks cool as hell, almost modern but still sort of fantasy-like, which is very interesting... i LOVE the new copper and tuff stuff. more building blocks is exciting and these look really nice. tuff is one of my favourite rocks in the game so it was always sad to me that it had no variants. i'm worried that wolf armour will be turtle helmets 2.0; too hard to get, nice to have but not worth the hassle unless you happen to get crazy lucky. hopefully, it's moderately difficult to obtain (like maybe 1 wolf armour = 1 diamond chestplate in rarity, roughly), where you can get lots of them if you want, but it takes time and actively seeking it out. if they do a good enough job making wolves not die, they might even make wolves a useful mob instead of just a novelty you leave at home. i think it would be lovely if it came with reworked wolf ai, too, so wolves are practical and useful traveling buddies and body guards crafter is really interesting to me. it's sole purpose is automation. it makes me wonder where they're going with it. it feels almost Create Mod-esque (i mean, create has exactly this it just works differently) the breeze looks like a fun miniboss and i love when games have dynamic boss arenas like that. i hope to see more mobs like that added in the futures (revamped illusioner?????)

I was wondering if they would add copper doors for a while. I do actually like the copper bulb idea, it's oxidizing and losing it's light potential and then you have to scrape it off to make it back to how it was initially. I think the copper doors though it would really go with my Blackstone castle especially when they oxidize because currently I'm using the warped wood doors and the blue green goes well with the Blackstone bricks since I have copper that will then eventually oxidize definitely would add to my castle and the grating as well I can use that as a roof. Currently I don't have a roof because I haven't thought about what I want to use as a roof but the grating I can at least see if mobs are up above from where I am.

In my minecraft world I have a massive zombie piglin farm xp farm that produces a ton of gold nuggets. It takes forever to craft them all into ingots so this new auto crafting table is going to be simply amazing to incorporate into my farm!

They said you can break trial spawners, but they take reinforced deepslate long to mine and it drops nothing, even with silk touch!

I really like the idea of trial Chambers that's really cool and I was saying it would be really cool if they also updated the combat for Bedrock to match java. I know some people didn't like it when it first came out but I've been watching a lot of videos featuring it and I'm like "I want to do this I want to sweep edge" it looks really cool. I think it would really make sense to change the combat to match Java the same time you're updating everything else for the theme. Also the crafter is very intriguing I hope it's not going to make obsolete the crafting table. I have a feeling it's going to be some limitations with it just like how you have with the blast furnace and the smoker. For example with that you can smelt faster but you can't smelt everything you can only smelt ore and armor and in the smoker for food. That made it so that the furnace could still be used because it's still very much important. But this crafter is very interesting I liked that it can plop the crafted results out of its like dispenser like appendage. I personally wouldn't have any sort of redstone mechanic I just put a button. If I want to grab something I can just whenever I want I just put everything in and then leave it until I'm ready to craft. I also like that you can disable the crafting slots

maybe you can pick up the spawner and simply by changing what blocks you place it on, it will change the mob spawned. you can see copper trap doors on the sides of those plants.

If copper bricks end up being a thing, then I might have to make a copper house, simply to just watch it oxidize to pieces.

Autocrafters! Yes! And you're right: There's a need for a block-placing block and a block-breaking block. And in my opinion both should be moveable by pistons.

I always found it odd that they added many blocks but there was little or any use for them other than decoration (which is also rare). Glad to see that they are catching up with their updates but they have to make their 1.22 way more complete

I personally think the trial chambers need to be in the mountain biomes. The update should include even larger snowy mountains capped to the highest building level. The wind creature and the colors give me vibes of something like a temple or even a city that lays in the mountains. Not underground lol. I just feel like the icy/snowy biomes and mountains could use a bit more stuff. Also did anyone else get vibes of Minecraft dungeons with the trial chambers. Same color scheme and everything. Would be super cool if they added some of the structures and places from dungeons into bedrock/Java

When the Breeze opened the trapdoors on the players and made them stuck those trapdoors looked like the new copper trapdoors.

What if the update in ancient city portal, and the enemy in the portal are golems(which the orignal Golem before it turned to warden due to passing time it got corrupted)

From the hopper farm you can make a flying machine thing that can place blocks and make a farm that makes a farm!

The new spawner type and dungeon feel makes me hope they retouch the old dungeons

calcite is polished, adding a polished calcite will only add to the 3 blocks that are already smooth and white and hard to differentiate. calcite could only benefit from bricks and even then we have quartz for that.

the spyglass is also made out of copper and doesn't oxidize ^-^

you would have to do this in creative, but if you have a breeze blocked off in a chamber and then have a snow golem spawn away from it, it would shoot it and possibly make a type of wireless redstone.

The trial thing is what shouldve been in game from the beginning. There was an old top down game before minecraft where youd explore dungeons and this feels just like that

Minecraft needed more combat for a while now, I hope Mojang follows through with this and makes it an incredible update. If not this game might just be dead in the water.

An autocrafter is pretty revolutionary on it's own. That single addition, without adding anything else, changes the game. I do hope they add autoblock breakers. I'm nuetral with regard to a block placer, because of the villager autofarm, but it'd be nice to not have to manipulate villagers.

I'm probably the only player who loved tuff from the beginning and I'm so happy about the new variants!

I hope they have a special thing for the breeze if it's somehow gets struck by lightning
