Programming in Java is a thousand times more complicated than in Bedrock, I imagine you don't know that, That's why bedrock mods tend to have more animations, Mojang has abandoned a lot of Java when it comes to programming mods - textures

Its an even tradeoff -- Java mods are harder to code but are free, while Bedrock addons are easier to make but you have to buy them

U can use a website to create a skinpack, then import it to Minecraft,, but it's kinda weird if u Have skin with slim hands(alex hands) it would be awful,, so i use another App to import the slim handed one, but with the app you can't rename the skin, so its just be like "skin1.minecraft skin" or something elses
