I know it’s been a bit since this comment was posted but you can give yourself barrier blocks (type; /give @s barrier ) and then use them around the gates so the bunnies can’t hop over ❤️

In survival can bunnies jump over anything?

They can jump a single fence however building 2 high fence will prevent them so. But keep in mind, that 2 high fence can be jumped over by a fox and will eat kill all rabbits trapped inside. To be sure, avoid making rabbit pens in forest or taiga biomes which spawns wolf/fox around or even spawning inside. I hope it helps 😊
