Amazing tutorial, not only for BTE stuff. Been playing Minceraft since 2011 but I never knew about //sel. Love it. Found out an old friend of mine is actually building our home town on the BTE Germany server, he even marked his old house. I'd love to reconnect this way.

You could also skip worrying about saving the building outlines as they are most likely slightly off and measure with tpll

@@samuelvdlh2200 with google maps on browser, you select a corner and get the cords of that corner, tp to it in minecraft and make a pillar (I also use google earth pro to get the elevation height of buildings)

The thing I don’t get is, the original area in your example had some change in elevation of 2-3 blocks in height, and for terraforming it, you made it all flat instead of just move it down, not considering height’s changes. Now my question is, what if that terrain really has any variations?

Wäre auch hilfreich, wenn das terraformen von schrägen Flächen gezeigt wird. Ist da //sel convex die beste Methode, also die gleiche Methode wie bei Dächern? Ansonsten gutes Video :D

Hi! Warum nutzt ihr nicht Fast Async World Edit (FAWE)? Das würde auf dem Server sicher viel performanter sein.

With my location, because the area is 2d on Google Earth the height is incorrect. Google earth shows 3-4m however it should be higher but I don't know exactly.

@@krzypl5959 use //curve //sel poly to make outlines for terrain. In google earth you also can find terrain profile e.g. for the roads and then after you placed blocked on right heights you can connect them with //sel convex //set or make outlines and //fill them
