Basically beat it before version 1.0.0 because that’s when the end was added, so they have to get there before the end is removed and beat the game. Someone should get his attention on this.

5:11 The reason your inventory is deleted is because you had items in 1.15.2 and 1.6 doesn't have those and minecraft says "What the heck are these?" Therefore deletes it

You could make it slower by only going back one version at a time and try to beat the ender dragon (but maybe decrease the time if a speed runner does it)
I’m pretty sure if you progressively downgrade your world enough, the ender dragon just doesn’t even spawn and then you are stuck in the end unless you kill yourself

There was sprint in 1.6, how 'double tap sprint' came to be. You double tap the 'W' or the relevant key. Newer versions use Ctrl + 'W'. double Tap may still work in modern versions. I believe I am still in the habit of 'double tap' and do 'Ctrl' alongside it. The problem is you don't always pay attention to habit.
So I watched Carson's videos with the beta versions and very similar things were said like: "Workbench!? It's called a workbench!" and "The gravel does look like tv static." So, Toiu, know you weren't alone in this hilarious confusion lol
