It will give you all positive effects in minecraft but their power is 30x(30 times) the normal power.. Normal power = 1x

You could have fused your enchanted Diamond Sword with the totem of undying and then the enchanted Diamond sword of undying with a shield and your enchanted diamond armor with obsidian and your enchanted golden apple with netherite and the Pick axe with another pickaxe and then the cheap beacon fused with the double diamond pickaxe
