The only thing I did on this map was the structure of TB5, all the interior work and all the other Thunderbirds were build by Micro. But thanks for the shoutout anyway, didn't know I had fans!
@@Hello-Students I'm noticing that Minecraft is having a comeback of sorts, the educational edition has it in schools and my daughter is back into playing Minecraft with her friends. Minecraft is now old enough to get a nostalgic vibe and thats going to be very important to keep it alive. I'm a huge fan of Thunderbirds and always enjoy seeing people who have an appreciation of the show. Mind you I do struggle with the live action 2004 film. I can see you really like it.
leokimvideo leokimvideo I completely agree. I love the whole ideology around the game and allowing younger ones to use it as an educational tool is brilliant. I’ll level with you though. Thunderbirds 2004 is more of a guilty pleasure than anything else. Objectively it’s Terrible, but I watched it when I was tiny so it’s got ingrained nostalgia XD
@@Hello-Students I'm noticing the toys related to 2004 Thunderbirds are slowly gaining in value. It's the toys that OG Thunderbird fans won't touch but as time goes on they have become oddly curious Thunderbirds toys. That 2004 Thunderbirds is a bit like the re-boot of Power Rangers The Movie in 2017. Both suffer from remakes that drift way too far from the core essence of the shows goodness. It's always dangerous trying to remake a cult classic. As for the latest version of Thunderbirds which is half CG and half models it's also got problems. Mainly that the Thunderbird craft are drifting outside their designated roles in rescues and the extraction of Jeff Tracy in the story. I just don't understand why you would remove the boys father. In my mind it's the biggest fault of the series. But as I watched episodes I saw magnetic grabs attach to carbon fibre aircraft, lacking Kyrano (Hoods half brother) removes an important influence on Tracy island. The fact that David Graham is still doing Parkers voice is amazing considering he's in his mid 90's. The series looks like it was in limbo but it does look like it's returning. The supersize Thunderbird 1 toy never appeared in stores, now 2 years delayed. It's really feeling like the series is on a knife-edge. If the next series falls in popularity I can't see it continuing on.
My guess is in the sequel he was going to be promoted to the pilot of TB3, Alan, Fermat & Tin Tin would BARELY be the main characters and then in the NEXT sequel it would focus on them all together
The problem with "Thunderbirds" 2004 was that they didn't focus on the reason we all went to see the movie... the Thunderbirds and the rescue. Those 2 things only equate to about 15% of the movie, the rest is just Alan, tin tin and Fermat running around the island while all the other brothers who are completely indistinguishable from one another are all stuck in Thunderbirds 5. If they made a sequel (Which is unlikely at this stage) then maybe they should've focused on an aspect like the brothers. But they shouldn't have made the first movie only focusing on the one character who wasn't old enough to even pilot a Thunderbirds yet... Unfortunately that's bad story telling
actually i just watched it and there was 12 rescues and 1 bad guy bust within the first 3 minutes and 40 seconds suck on dat :P XD 123movies.is/film/thunderbirds-9751/watching.html and actually technically theres 4 rescues and one bad guy bust in the movie lol; the monorail, the oil rig (emphasis on the word RIG XD), the hood, the other 4 tracy brothers and jeff and then the hood again
Yes, it's true, there are 4 of rescues, but in a short amount of time. It should be spread across the movie rather then Small rescue at the beginning. Nothingness in the middle except them wondering on an island, and then a regular rescue at the end. It should be a resuce, then a second rescue that furthers the plot about one of the brothers or jeff, then the hoods introduced and causes disaster, they try to stop the disasters, than encounter the hood. That right there is already a more screen accurate movie.
I wish the missions were completed on this map. I know they were "planned" but as far as we know, they were never done. Otherwise I'd probably be chucking them into my special 3 Day Event and it would be much longer than 3 days
I may do a review of the actual movie because it although it's a personal enjoyment of mine Objectively, it doesn't stand up as a Thunderbirds film Three main reasons right off the bat 1. The Tracy brothers (Basically the main stars of the show and the reason I saw it as a kid) are hardly in it. 2. Alan is whiny... He was a bit whiny in the original but... holy crap. It's to much. Stop the man child now. 3. The Hood's plan is to use the Thunderbirds to rob a bank. What a bloody terrible plan. His motive was sick in the original. Wanting to expose International rescue's secrets to the world and in the new one, basically the same but also attack his own family. Kind of rate that. Anyway, Small review on why I really don't think Thunderbirds 2004 doesn't stand up on it's own as a Thunderbirds film. VFX are alright though
