There is a setting in the mod where you can give the npc's dialogue, which appears in game as a speech bubble of text above their heads. You can edit sounds they make too, there are sounds that come with the mod that have some speech. I made a follower to guard me and whenever i interact with her, her sound is a husky female voice that says "What can I do for you?" You can make it so your npcs have speech bubble conversations with one another. There's so much you can do with this mod, possibilities are endless!
