Minecraft EASY Guardian Farm NO DRAIN 30,000 Items Per Hour 1.20 Tutorial 

The farm works perfectly, I just wanted to give a small piece of advice: if you don't know how to get in the collection room, build a portal (in the Nether) like 20 blocks away and go through. You can use that portal to access the farm.

I was in need of sea lanterns and I thought I would have to dig out a whole ocean temple. But this is very efficient and took me no more than half an hour to build! Great design.

Note, Bedrocks uses different spawn physics and will not work in this farm if you forgot to read the description. Great farm otherwise, easily modified into a XP grinder version too!

You only want 116 scaffolding when building afk chamber if not your out of the spawning aera

Btw the spawn platform height is not a suggestion. If you do the wrong height the farm won’t work

I am transforming an ocean monument and needed materials, and this farm is just insane! Took barely any time to build and it works so well!

Ok so if the chests are not enough, guardians tend to escape the killing chamber, it did for me. Had to kill 10-12 guardians before I could reach the chests. Could be my setup overall, but wondering if this has happened to anyone else and if so; how it is fixed! :) Great farm! Edit: AFK:ed for about 40 minutes.

This farm works great, tutorial was easy to follow, I killed the 3 elder guardians first to avoid mining fatigue, invisibility came in handy for placing the soul sand!

Insane how well this farm works! Highly recommended.

Thx for the build! Wouldn't putting a roof on the farm improve rates? Since guardians spawn more often when there is no sky access according to the wiki

Amazing farm, easy to build and simple, works both on single player that on a server. The fact alone that you don't have to drain the whole temple is amazing, other than that, great job on the tutorial :D

If you set up little allay collection spots around the farm, it can be a very effective ink sac farm as well

I wish it talked about how/how far to set a portal to get to the collection area. With trying a portal system, I think it screwed with the guardians teleporting to the other side so they spawned outside the collection area.

At which Y=level should the AFK platform be? I think I miss counted the amount of scaffolding...

Amazing Farm! It was super easy to build and produces an insane amount of items.

...before you go through, note your coordinates. After you go through, build the trap at the proper translated coordinates. This will prevent you later finding yourself teleprted into the kill chamber of the trap with a pack of angry mob guardian prisoners.

This is super easy as long as you don't have any elder guardians bothering you with mining fatigue

Seems to be working but how tf do you get back onto the afk platform i dont have rockets or elytras to fly up should I just make a ladder going up from the middle of the portal?

How do i get down to the collection area when both sides of the portal are closed with glass and have fireplaces underneath?

built this farm and it is really really efficient but for some reason none of the guardians are in the nether and are despawning upon going through the portals

I was like "why at the guardians not attacking you" thx for explaining its invisbilty.... I don't have diamonds but have a portal and will be a while before BUT I will do this eventually tho I temporarily drain the top

A lot of the guardians on my farm seem to get stuck and cant get thru the portal, should I just build a bigger portal??

Does this farm work on realms? I tried it and the guardians don't come through the portal unless a player is in the overworld and on the other side of the portal in the nether

Hm im playing on a server with my friends and i built this farm and the guardians isnt entering the portal they keep being stuck in the middle

Anyone know how I can link a portal from the AFK platform to a nether portal outside the glass chamber? I tried for hours, placed a portal 128 blocks away from the AFK platform, and it still linked to the glass chamber in the nether, even when the overworld coords linked to a portal in the exact position in the nether 15 blocks away, it would never link to it (if I go through the portal in the nether outside the chamber, it takes me to the portal at the AFK spot, but going thru the AFK portal in the overworld would take me into the glass chamber) I don't wanna have to make a portal hundreds of blocks away, but atm there's no real ideal way to AFK here and then check supplies, without having to fly all the way home and go thru that portal
