Correction, sea otters aren't exactly naturally mean. Not exactly nice, they are aquatic predators, but they are intelligent (tool use/complex problem solving level intelligent) and able to be purposefully mean because of that.

If you raise otters yourself, you can domesticate them. Japanese people have done this numerous times and even have otter cafe's where you can pay to pet them for an hour.

@@hanakoisbestgirl4752 They abuse pufferfish to get high, yes. And I wouldn't be surprised if other animals did the r-crime, but dolphins being more intelligent means there's a greater chance of understanding their evils like a person would.

So i went to the amazon for vacation and some idiot brougt otters over and left them in the river and we could not longer swim because they would bite off peoples toes. otters are extremely territorial and are sorta like Koalas. they look cute but are really mean.

DeceasedCraft - He killed like 4 otters by trying to save them from the apocalypse and putting them in a pen where they then drowned i 1 block deep water. And once he fixed the water, he killed a sea bunny by leaving it with the otters, which apparently eat sea bunnies.

On the topic of evil otters and dolphins. Yes they are smart. Some humans dont speak or have the abilty to use their hands and can be smarter than 75% of the population. I truly believe there are some otters, pigs, crows that are human level intellegent and we just see them as good movie ideas. I mean they were teaching a dolphin to speak(He Spoke!), and he just demanded handies until he had enough and slammed himself into a wall for some forever sleep.
