I'm sure you've probably found it in your research by now but the first thing you need for any potion is up to 3 bottles of water and 1 netherwart along with 1 blaze powder to fuel the brewing stand. After that you can just throw whatever ingredient you want into the top slot to see what potion it makes. Then redstone, glowstone, gunpowder, and dragon's breath will change the characteristics of the potion. So: 1) Blaze Powder (for fuel; lasts for multiple brews) then 1 Nether + 3 water bottles = Awkward potion 2) Awkward Potion + various ingredients = potions 3) Potion + Redstone = Longer duration/stronger effect Potion + Gunpowder = Splash potion of that effect (meaing you can throw it)
In the crafting menu, you should see a crafting area that is made up of a 3x3 crafting grid. To make an Arrow of Invisibility (1:00), place 8 arrows and 1 Lingering Potion of Invisibility (2:00) in the 3x3 crafting grid. When making an Arrow of Invisibility (1:00), it is important that the items are placed in the exact pattern as the image below. In the first row, there should be 3 arrows. In the second row, there should be 1 arrow in the first box, 1 Lingering Potion of Invisibility (2:00) in the second box and 1 arrow in the third box. In the third row, there should be 3 arrows. This is the Minecraft crafting recipe for an Arrow of Invisibility (1:00). TIP: If you hover over the arrows in the Crafting menu, you will see the name of the arrow and its effects.
