This is the kinda build tutorials u don’t see anymore People going through it systematically step by step Thank you so much for this build, I’m gonna make it now 💜
Me and some friends have a minecraft server where we live by a shore. I wasn't sure on what to build but then I got the idea of a lighthouse. This is easily the best one I've seen on the internet. And you really helped me out. Liked and subbed with notifications on!
Me too! Just finished my survival one, only thing I did different was use observers to make the red stone lamps move in rotation. So much stone, and so much glow stone 😂
Sure I'll do it for this video as well soon. My new videos have material in description i forgot to add them in the description for this video. I'm glad you liked it ❤
If you make the top a bit different you can actually make it light at night and turn off at day. Just need a day light censor and couple of redstone componets
That's actually possible. I tested a few possibilities with a friend. If i have time i may make an update video on it but idk when i can make ot happen. Also ty for letting others know
this tutorial is poorly streamlined for survival but still a great build. annoying to have to go back every few mins and build up pillars to add something on a layer you already finished but totally worth it in the end
For people scrolling through the comments looking for ideas instead of using regular glass for the big light use yellow stained glass for a more realistic or cartoony vibe
Would subscribe, but calling certain people dumb dumbs isn’t right cause a lot of people on RU-vid go way too fast on the build tutorials, and don’t show the dimensions of the length and width. Thats why I liked this kinda tutorial. But still calling people dumb dumbs isn’t nice
Thanks dude! I’ve been trying to find a build that will hide my skeleton spawner XP farm and this worked out perfectly thanks to the width of the bases circle being large
I made a nice building inspiring on this lighthouse. But, just a tip for the creator, if you want to gain subs, you shouldn't insult those who may choose between sub or not when come first time at your channel, specially at the very first seconds of the vid
I was looking for a cool lighthouse design for my survival world and chose this one. It was nice and easy to build and easily adapted to include a rotating redstone light with daylight sensor so that it only comes on at night. Nice job! If anyone else wants to know how to rotate lights, there is a good explanation by Dreymasmith Dreams (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-IVC2c8dxXc4.html). I put my daylight sensor at the top of the build and used a sticky piston under it to push a column of 2 slime blocks with a redstone block at the end down onto another sticky piston that moves one of the observers from the bottom ring. You need to click on the daylight sensor to put it into night mode as it comes in day mode by default. During the day, the sensor causes both pistons to retract and the observer is pulled in breaking the ring of observers that drive the lights. At night the pistons extend and the observer is pushed back into place. This system only allows 2 rows of redstone lights to operate so I replaced the bottom row of lights with observers looking straight down and the second ring of observers is directly below that. I needed to hollow out the domed roof of nunchucks design a little so that the slime blocks are never in contact with any slabs from the roof, also I added a few more slabs to cover any exposed redstone as appropriate. An easier way to make the piston system is to have just the one sticky piston and put the daylight sensor directly on top of it but you'd need to open up all the space above so that the sensor is exposed to the sky, the hole in the roof would only be visible from above so might not be an issue for some
I made this on my world next to my docks, I really wanted a lighthouse and I tried making a few offhand but they looked a bit stupid, but I found the perfect lighthouse. You earned a sub, the tutorial was good and easy to follow as well. Thank you.
personally u are not showing everything that u are doing when it got to 5:21 u didnt show how to only have 1 corner and i got really messed up with that overall good vid tho
I just wanna say I am so impressed by your creativity. This tutorial was clean, had an easy pace, and the steps were explained in a simple way. Keep up the good work!!
We aren't dumb its just some of us like myself who have autism and some people who have trouble counting because of other disabilities have a little trouble keeping up thats all
Hey, I'm sorry I didn't mean to sound rude there and I don't mean it like you are dumb. It was a joke for my friends. I never expected this video to get this many views honestly. I do respect people with disabilities. I just call the people I like as dumdums. kinda my way to say "Hey I appreciate you ❤"
