Hello Everybody, and welcome back to the swamp. Today I have a very different style build. We will be building a large mushroom house in this minecraft tutorial.

May be wrong but I think it’s a pretty good rough estimate

0:01 intro and supplies ; 2:15 layout (take a screen) ; 10:18 roof eve (getting to the important stuff) ; 13:15 lipping the roof(curling the eve); 12:15 roof 1st row(if you're not Admin status, I suggest seeing 35:24 at this point and use it to build up with scaffolding) ; 16:47 roof 3rd row(the lip takes up the eve, 1 below, and 2 up) ; 17:40 4th row (rinse repeat) ; 23:30 moving on from the cap(take a screen, if you're just here for the exterior)( but LIGHTING, don't forget to mob-proof your builds if you're not an Admin status) ; 35:24 complete the interior of the cap, membrane detail(and LIGHTING) If you're just here for the exterior, that's as much of the detail as you need, imo. This was a great build(more than I needed) and I hope to see more crafters use mushrooms! Goodluck!

I was going crazy because bedrock wont let you silk touch mushrooms like Java. Thanks for making a build without using those blocks!!!

Hey blue I wanted to make a shroom farm and this build was just what I was looking for, the birch fences you mentioned are known as spores if u was still wondering but your right they really bring this build to life with that little touch, I did use a spruce and birch palette and blended well with what I have on my farm area, but I needed something to bring it to life in one area and this has worked great for me thank you so much love the build guides you sure put a great amount of work in for your subscribers cheers mate

This was such an incredible tutorial! I struggle a lot with tutorials if they aren't very specific or in depth and usually end up messing up the build, but this was super detailed and easy to follow! thank you for explaining all the steps!

The main materials as far as i counted (could be wrong) : White concrete 608 Red concrete 771 Stripped oak log 79 Oak stairs 38 Birch fence 189 Oak buttons 19 Oak planks 248 Oak trapdoors 6 Glass panes 11 Lanterns 11 Oak doors 2 Oak logs 25 Oak slabs 91 Side note : I watced the video and counted until 56 : 01 And dit not count the extra red concrete or anything after that i hope this helps

Thank you so much Annie, I think the community tab is fairly new. So if you click my username it will go to my channel main page, under my username there are some links such as home,videos, playlist etc. One of them now says community if you click it you will see all the posts that i share from time to time. @@cement6744 I believe it's because there's a lot of LGBTQIA+ people who have a CottageCore aesthetic, I could be wrong. But from my personal expirences and as an NB who likes CottageCore + Goblincore; etc. I've seen a lot more LGBTQIA+ people who like the Cottagecore aesthetic more than I have straight people, so people tend to put the two together, but it's for everybody. ^^ Once again I could be totally wrong.

Ty. I made a red one, using mushroom stems instead of white concrete, and I made a brown one. For the brown one, I replaced Oak with Jungle Wood, then replaced Birch with Spruce. I replaced white concrete w/ light grey terracotta and the red with brown terracotta. It was a challenge, but fun.

I am sick at home and I was really bored since when you’re sick there’s not much to do. I decided to play Minecraft. I wanted to build a house and so I looked at Minecraft house ideas. I stumbled upon this video and was greatly shocked in how beautiful it looked. And as a person who is obsessed with mushrooms I HAD to make it. I still have yet to finish it but I know it’ll come out good in the end. The house looks so beautiful and I can see how much work you put into that. Just wanted to say that years later this holds up. I did use the concrete for the large cap, went with red shroom for the smaller one and it turned out pretty nice. If you need to spawn proof the top matching carpets work great.

Also my puppy is much better now and back to her energetic self lol. Added this next to our Koopa castle. Turned it into a reading nook on the bottom, library on top, and used white stained glass blocks for the white dots on the larger mushroom top. Really brightened things up. It's been a couple of months since I built it and it's still my favorite thing to pass by while building other things. I've been a huge Mario fan since the original was released, so I might be biased.

I believe you were referring to the gills. The sliced up things under mush rooms are actually gills.

Yeah it's long build tutorial, but it's because of the shape, so the block placement takes time to make sure you can follow it. Maybe do it in bits so it less to do at once. 👍😀👍

I actually tried this yesterday, but i messed up so i wrecked it and tried again today, thankfully i made no mistakes and it turned out great!

i'm so happy i made my stone silk touch pickaxe diamonds, my friend found a mushroom island (big one) and i want to make this out of actual mushroom. the fact that mushroom blocks lose the pattern when you place a block next to it is really painful but i hope it will look so cool in the end
