Hello guys, in this video I'm showing you how I made a working Water Dam in Vanilla Minecraft.
This video is the start of a new series, where I transform builds and add commandblock components to them. If you have any ideas/suggestions for what I could do to the next one, leave a comment down below and maybe I'll pick and implement your idea. :)

First of all awesom what you did to the dam!!! As for the new map I think you should animate the rings above the statue in some way, maybe make the sea lanterns move around. I imagine that would look prety epic.

Make travelers, knights, and kings (for ex: an invinsible armor stand which goes on certain paths can be used to releport to him a villager who trades custom weapons. You can use same method but with randomized ways and cheking if a block is cutting the way you can make knights, and so on). Make the statue move or be able to protect the castle as its "guardian". Add a feature that the king can use that magically "fortifies" the castle with defense turrets or closes up the windows with obsidian. Color changing roofs? When the defense lever is activated, electricity is run through the spiked spires like a teals coil. Maybe electricity is attracted to them. Then it is used to strike down enemies. Or it could just be used to prevent people from entering the castle

get a city map and make working, pathfinding cars to populate the roads. I recommend using the Greenfield map, it's massive and extremely detailed, plenty of factories to make functional and lots of houses and other places to sprinkle some magic on.

i once took this map and made it function with Immersive Engineering, Advanced Generators and EnderIO, transmitted the power to a steel factory, changed the world type from superflat to default and built a town hundreds of blocks away in a custom mountain valley and sadly never finished the town. I did however finally learn IE and learned about real world power transmission. This video was the reason i took up the project.

Joel Christopher Gamez well sorry but there is nothing close to irl in this video about making energy with a water dam, this is just a dam that let water pass through, in irl the water go through a tunnel to pass into a scrollcase and the movement of that scrollcase is tranfer in energy, and the on'y water they let flow over the dam is to control the level of water to keep more water in or let it go before it go over the dam, this a real resume of what is it. And sorry im not a english person but i tried my best

We have three power stations in our city and we made them to have a functioning switchboard to control how the generator behaves. It actually does make power and runs on a schedule for different power demands at different times. For example, when it becomes noon and people need the most power, our Comanche Generating Station will switch unit 3 on to full capacity automatically. During midnight, it will turn on and off to represent a low turbine speed and lower water pressure. We tried to make it realistic and the power plants look very cool.

I used to play a mobile game called the sandbox and when you sent electricity through an exposed wire it would fly out, and if you made a specific shape the energy would be able to duplicate and the extra one would go back onto the original circuit and restart the cycle Edit: spelling
